Major problems
Pros:

This is a good hotel with well-equipped rooms, but three problems undermined our enjoyment. First, when we arrived the elevator didn't function, which meant we faced disagreeable work lifting our bags up two floors. The elevator had not been fixed when we left to days later. Second, the AC was barely functioning. Third, all power in our room suddenly disappeared as we were preparing to check out. Problmes of this kind are unsuitable in a mid-market hotel.

Pros:

Ich hatte ein kleines, aber sehr sauberes und schlichtes Einzelzimmer, das den Zweck 100% erfüllt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Personal waren hervorragend. Die Räumlichkeit des Frühstücks war schön und gemütlich.

Cons:

Gerne hätte ich mir eine Tasse Tee gemacht. Allerdings war der Wasserkocher nicht standartmässig dabei, sondern ich hätte ihn an der Reception erfragen dürfen. Dazu war ich dann zu faul...

Готель дуже зручно розташований. Прям біля нього зупинка трамвая, що дає можливість швидко дістатись до історичних памʼяток.
Номер чистий. Зручне ліжко.
Красиве сервірування сніданків і якісні сніданки.
Чудовий персонал! Пояснили як куди зручніше дістатись. Дали друковані карти. Також в адміністраторів купили квитки на громадський транспорт.
