Für einen Städte Trip, um Portofino zu sehen oder nur eine Nacht zu schlafen ist es ok, aber für längere Zeit würde ich

Vom der Lage her ein super Hotel, man kann dort mitten vor dem Hotel auf der Hauptstraße (mit Parkticket packen).
Allerdings gibt es keinen Fahrstuhl, um zum Zimmer zu kommen und nur eine sehr steile Treppe. Das Zimmer war ok, jedoch sehr klein und wenig Licht, aber wenn man dort nur zum schlafen, dann auch ausreichend.

Purtroppo l’esperienza complessiva non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Al check-in mi è stato chiesto di pagare nuovamente la camera nonostante fosse già stata saldata tramite Booking. Può capitare un errore da parte del receptionist e non voglio soffermarmi troppo su questo aspetto, ma non è stato un buon inizio.

Il problema principale è stato lo stato della camera: era presente un forte odore di muffa già all’ingresso e si notavano tracce di muffa negli angoli vicino alle finestre. Inoltre, durante il giorno era praticamente impossibile aprire le finestre perché dai ristoranti sottostanti entrava un forte odore di fritto. Di conseguenza non era possibile arieggiare adeguatamente la stanza.

L’unico modo per respirare meglio e dormire in condizioni accettabili è stato tenere la finestra aperta durante la notte, quando i locali erano chiusi. Questo però comportava la presenza di numerosi rumori provenienti dall’esterno. Viaggiando con un neonato, ci siamo trovati costretti a scegliere tra l’odore di muffa e il rumore notturno.

Avevamo inoltre richiesto una culla, ma quella fornita era piuttosto usurata e in cattive condizioni.

In generale le camere appaiono datate e avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di una maggiore cura nella manutenzione. Oltre all’odore di muffa, si percepiva un generale odore di vecchio che rendeva l’ambiente poco accogliente.

La cosa che più mi ha deluso è che non mi aspettavo assolutamente una situazione del genere in una struttura che fa pagare circa 200 euro a notte. A quel prezzo ci si aspetta una camera ben mantenuta, pulita e confortevole, soprattutto per chi viaggia con la famiglia.

Peccato, perché la posizione è davvero eccellente, ma per il costo del soggiorno il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato decisamente deludente.
