Desidero esprimere i miei più sinceri ringraziamenti alla direzione dell’Hotel Miro e a tutto lo staff, in particolare al personale della reception, per la loro accoglienza e disponibilità durante tutto il mio soggiorno.

È stata un’esperienza davvero speciale sotto ogni aspetto: dalla posizione eccellente dell’hotel, comoda e vicina a tutto, fino alla gentilezza, professionalità e cortesia di tutti i dipendenti.

Vorrei anche fare i complimenti per la colazione, che era varia, deliziosa e curata nei minimi dettagli.

Sinceramente, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e confortevole, e consiglierò sicuramente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza di alto livello.

L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è stata la posizione della struttura, visto che è ubicata a 50mt dal mare

Cons:

Il personale, per niente professionale, la colazione ( sarebbe da chiedere il rimborso) ... un latte macchiato servito in una ciottola anche no! La focaccia servita,era del giorno prima ( praticamente stopposa e secca) e poi non si può assolutamente, servire una colazione, con i tavoli messi a ridosso del banco della Reception. Ultima cosa il bagno in camera, privo di bidè.

Sicuramente posizione super centrale e personale cordiale ed accogliente.

Cons:

La camera era molto calda , omettiamo l'odore di cibo che comunque non è del tutto colpa loro, però cerchiamo anche, dato questa problematica, di creare una soluzione a questo problema. Con il pub sotto si sentiva ogni rumore, l'albergo è molto datato e senza migliorie. Ci è stato messo un cuscino a testa in camera ma era una soletta almeno uno o due cuscini riposti nell'armadio in caso di necessità sarebbero graditi di sicuro.
Nonostante il personale cordiale non risoggiorneremo dinuovo qui in futuro.
