Pros:

Beautiful little hotel. Room was spacious and air conditioned.
Great breakfast with 2 restaurants on site to have an evening meal.
Pool was fun for the kids and had enough space for adults to relax separately too.
Outside are 2 bus stops, frequent services into Rome for sightseeing and a couple of supermarkets within a few minutes walk for any essentials.

Cons:

Nothing. Wouldn't change the place at all.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, für Rom im Sommer sicher eine gute Wahl.
Pros:

Der Pool ist wirklich toll, allerdings nicht für Kinder geeignet die spielen wollen.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war überschaubar und alles in allem ist das Hotel schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, gerade beim Frühstück oder an der Rezeption haben wir uns sehr wohl und gut behandelt gefühlt.
Die Poolanlage ist wunderschön für Kinder da sie verschiedene Becken mit verschiedenen tiefen hat. Man kommt schnell in die Innenstadt mit Bus und Bahn.

El alojamiento dista mucho de un hotel de 120 euros x noche, las habitaciones parecen cabinas de 1 estrella, me fui no pude pasar ni una noche ahí y se negaron a devolver al menos un % de mi factura
