Excellent hotel in a fantastic location
Pros:

Fantastic location, lovely room and bathroom. Excellent reception staff and housekeeping staff. A very nice stay during the Easter week - an oasis of calm from the huge crowds. Double glazing very effective against any noise from the square.

Cons:

Breakfast a bit haphazard. Good quality bed but rather firm for me, but overall a very nice hotel and I would book again.

Estancia absolutamente perfecta. El hotel está idealmente ubicado, impecablemente limpio y ofrece un desayuno muy bueno.
Pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el equipo: tanto el personal de día como de noche, incluido el gerente, fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Hicieron todo lo posible para que mi estancia fuera perfecta.
Un agradecimiento sincero — me sentí realmente bienvenida.

Great find in a perfect location!
Pros:

Location is perfect! Beautiful hotel, great staff, comfortable bed…really great value for the location! Loved the balcony overlooking the main square and all the horses lined up. So convenient to everything.

Cons:

Room was a little small, not a lot of places to put things but we figured it out.

Wunderschönes Zimmer in traumhafter Lage

Die Lage ist top, es ist alles an Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war ein Traum, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Allerdings erschien mir das Servicepersonal überfordert, auf einen Kaffee habe ich einmal 20 Minuten gewartet, am nächsten Tag 40 Minuten auf einen Schinkensandwich. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich wirkten aber sehr unkoordiniert.
