Karlsruhe was zeker en vast de tussenstop waard!
Pros:

Net aan het begin van de winkelstraat en dichtbij de Marktplatz.

Cons:

Auto beschadigd bij het proberen bereiken van de parking achter Hotel. Is héél nauwe doorgang.
Hebben dan voor €5/n een bewonerskaart gekregen om in de nabije buurt te parkeren.

Gut für die Citytour
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der City, so daß man die Fächerstadt porblemlos erlaufen kann. Man kann vor dem Hotel kurz halten, um sein Gepäck auszuladen. Es gibt Parkplätze im Hof für 10€/Tag, aber die Einfahr ist sehr schmal. Alternativ stellt die Rezeption einen befristetem Anwohnerparkausweis aus, der 5 €/Tag kostet. Hat bei mir perfekt gepaßt.
Die Zimmer sind einfach und spartanisch eingerichtet. In meinem Einzelzimmer gab es keinen Schrank,sondern nur zwei Haken mit einem (!) Bügel. Ansonsten war der Zimmer funktionell und für die eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung.
Das Frühstück hat über die Bookin.com-Buchung 7€ Aufpreis gekostet und war einfach super, reichhaltig und vielfältig.
Ohne Online-Check kann es schwierig werden, ins Hotel hineinzukomen. Man bekommt online eine Buchungsnummer, die man am Terminal vor der Tür verwenden muß. Zwei noch ältere Damen als ich sind schnell mit mir ins Gebäude gehuscht, kamen aber erst mal nicht weiter, da die Rezeption mittags nicht besetzt war. Als die junge Damen dann kam, wurde Alles kompetent und zügig erledigt. Auch die Frühstückfee ist sehr nett.
Am Ende der Straße gibt es auf der gegenüber liegenden Seite ein Brauhaus für den großen und kleinen Hunger.

Cons:

Die Lage an der Straße ist recht lauf, so daß das Hotel als Betthupferl keine Gummibärchen auf die Bettdecke legt, sonder Ohrstöpsel.

Buon hotel per un pernotto di transito
Pros:

La vicinanza al centro, il rapporto qualità prezzo

Cons:

Nessuno presente al check-in nonostante conferma via mail che nel pomeriggio la reception sarebbe stata presidiata.
È stato abbastanza facile fare il check-in al totem ma non abbiamo potuto da subito mettere l'auto nel garage dell'hotel prenotato da tempo.

Ich komme immer wieder gerne in den Berlinerhof
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt - man findet immer einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung und zu Fuss ist es recht nah in die Stadt

Cons:

Das WLAN könnte etwas schneller sein, es war zum Teil mühsam Mails mit nicht allzu grossen Anhängen zu öffnen.

Sauber, aber laut. Räder sicher im Hinterhof abzustellen
