Per „„Booking“ įkeltos nuotraukos neatitinka realybės. Kambarys tamsus ir nejaukus. Užsakėme „Premium“ kambarį, gavome paprastą dvivietį be balkono (nors „Booking“ nuotraukose matosi panorama iš balkono, jos iš tiesų nėra). Nors, nežiūrint visų minusų, šeimininkas malonus.

Pros:

The owner and staff were really friendly and welcoming. They helped us with parking even though we arrived quite late, which we really appreciated. They also have a restaurant on-site, and the food was delicious. Funicular and the view point is just few minutes walk from this place. Overall great value for money.

Super Lage liebes Personal süßes Hotel
Pros:

Super Lage.
Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam absolut top.
Hund ist willkommen und es gibt schöne Wege direkt zum spazieren gehen inkl. bester Aussichten.
Öffentl. Parkplatz war innerhalb von paar min zu erreichen.
Frühstück ist typisch italienisch für uns super, wer es mehr "deutsch" mag geht hier leider leer aus.

Cons:

Ausstattung insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber ok.
Hotel hat einen süßen Charme mit viel Potential für mehr.

De vriendelijke bediening! Je zag dat iedereen hard had gewerkt en nog steeds hard aan het werk was.

Cons:

Hoewel er hard werd gewerkt, gingen er ook fouten mee gepaard. Gelukkig konden we erom lachen, maar het kwam niet altijd professioneel over.

Propriétaire au top,toujours le sourire,l'emplacement à Brunate est surprenant par la route et la montée à pied!heureusement qu'il y a un parking!

Cons:

La salle de bain était petite et malheureusement le funiculaire était en réfection du 1er Mars au 31 Mars et nous n'avons reçu aucune information à ce sujet!n

Room was alright. The owner is the nicest in hospitality and experience. And he has a good location set up on the hill. All in all was quite a comfortable experinece.

Colazione base ma buona. Camera pulita, lenzuola e asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno.
Staff gentile, proprietario molto disponibile e accogliente.
Cena con cibo e vino ottimi.

Cons:

Ambiente datato, climatizzatore in camera col tubo molto rumoroso, finestra raso terra sulla strada. Assenza di ripiani nell'armadio dove riporre i vestiti, non c'erano i comodini con i cassetti. Mancava una luce sulla specchiera x truccarsi.

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

This is our first trip to Italy/Europe. The staff- The owner, front desk receptionist (Inais) and other support staff are very very nice. The location of the hotel is one of the finest. The breakfast is awesome, just what one needs (not excessive, not less) and they serve you personally to start the day beautifully.
