Pros:

Pomoc i opieka właściciela hotelu niesamowita. Rzadko trafia się na takich ludzi. Nawet gdy pojawiały by się jakieś drobne niedoskonałości, przy takim zaangażowaniu stają sie nieistotne.

Die Fotos auf der Webseite haben nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Ein altes Hotel sehr schwierig zu erreichen. Die Angaben zur Entfernung zur Stadtmitte stimmt nicht. Es ist sehr weit weg es hieß Parkplatz inbegriffen. Trotz Nachfrage wurde uns kein Parkplatz gezeigt. Wir mussten dann öffentlichen Parkplatz nehmen. Dieses Hotel werden wir nie wieder buchen. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch nicht gut. Frühstück ging so.😔

Super Lage und schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist super! Netter Hotelchef. Altes, authentisches Hotel.

Cons:

Sehr einfaches Frühstück (nicht wie auf den Bildern). Frühstück gab es erst ab 8.00 Uhr. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Man kann von dem Hotel den See nicht sehen.

Snídaně od 7.00. Ještě v 8.00 nebyl v hotelu nikdo. Odjeli jsme a požadujeme platbu za snídani zpátky.Odstrašující hotel.

Der Chef war sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmer hatte zu wenig Steckdosen, es war sehr laut in der Nacht, da wir das Zimmer auf der Straßenseite hatten. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nicht mehr.

Es war genau so, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Die Informationen in der Beschreibung sowie die Hinweise in den Bewertungen entsprachen vollständig der Realität, sodass es vor Ort keine unangenehmen Überraschungen gab.

Die Dusche ist tatsächlich recht kompakt und das Zimmer kann an warmen Tagen etwas wärmer werden. Da beides jedoch bereits im Vorfeld transparent kommuniziert wurde, war dies für uns kein Problem.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, und gerade die Ehrlichkeit und Genauigkeit der Angaben verdienen besondere Anerkennung. Deshalb vergeben wir gerne die volle Punktzahl von 10.

De eigenaar heb nog nooit zo’n lieve man meegemaakt
Hij doet er alles aan om het maar je zin te maken en we kregen ook nog een welkomst drankje toen we aankwamen en toen we weg gingen ook nog een fles mee voor thuis

Heerlijk verblijf!
Pros:

Vriendelijke eigenaar, hij doet zijn uiterste best om het iedereen naar de zin te maken. Ook heerlijk gedineerd bij deze lokatie.
De kamer is schoon en zoals omschreven.
Je bent zo met het treintje in Como, het treintje is een leuke ervaring met goed prachtig uitzicht op het meer.
