Charming
Pros:

Details in the decor made our stay extra special. Our host was very responsive to inquiries. Be aware that when they say only accessible by the stairs, it is not just a few (89 steps according to my son). We loved our stay here.

Para Nada.el administrador no se hizo cargo ni apareció,tras un problema de gotera del techo que había apenas lo evidenciamos.Nadie quiso ayudar ni hacer responsable.Nos hicieron apagar el aire con 28 grados de calor,para ver si el problema se solucionaba.No nos quisieron dar otra habitación y lo peor fue la cero respuesta y desagradable atención de los que trabajaban en el lugar.,

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Tout était très bien: l'emplacement (15 min à pied du pont de l'Académie), la taille de l'appartement, la propreté et l'ameublement, la proximité quasi immédiate de la gare routière et de la navette aéroport, la vue sur un petit canal et les toits, la tranquillité, les restos et cafés à côté

Il y avait des capsules de café, mais aucun sachet de thé...
Le jacuzzi ne marchait pas, c'était peut-être fait exprès pour économiser l'eau?

Pros:

Fantastic location, situated on a canal and not far from the railway station. Our apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Our host, Michele, was utterly charming and would answer any queries quickly. There was a booklet with a guide to the apartment. It also had recommendations of places to go. A restaurant very close by was recommended and it was fantastic. One of the best meals we had on our tour of Italy. When we return, we will not hesitate to book here again.

Lokalizacja super, apartament ma świetny klimat choć widać upływ czasu na niektórych elementach wyposażenia, właściciel bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy, czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze i wygodnie, polecam

Cons:

Umknęła naszym oczom informacja lub zdjęcie o ilości schodów do pokonania by dostać się do apartamentu i o ile dla większości osób nie stanowiło to problemu to dla osób starszych i schorowanych może stwarzać problem.

Pros:

The accommodation had nice classic decoration with a modern kitchen. The location was excellent when traveling by train. It was okay with a toddler, though we had to change some places of decorations and the stairs to the accommodation were steep.

Cons:

The accommodation was hot, even at the end of April after a couple 25 degree days. The sofa bed had a broken base, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on, hopefully the host will get it fixed soon.
