Très bel appartement et un hôte adorable, très réactif( j'ai oublié la clé à l'intérieur !), qui nous a permis d'arriver dès le matin et de laisser les bagages toute la journée le jour du départ. L'appartement est très beau et chaleureux, dans un style vénitien romantique, avec une jolie vue sur le canal, un magnifique canapé et des livres, une grande baignoire... Nous avons eu aussi l'impression très agréable d'un appartement vivant, et pas juste une location pour touristes. Il est très bien situé tout près des bus et de la gare mais à seulement 15 minutes à pied du pont de l'Académie, avec des cafés et commerces sympathiques tout près. Merci aussi pour le petit guide pratique avec les adresses intéressantes laissé dans l'appartement.

Cons:

Rien. S'il faut vraiment faire une suggestion, nous aurons aimé juste une cafetière pour le petit déjeuner plutôt que la machine à expresso à capsules...

如果不介意爬台阶的话，是值得一住的。
Pros:

古老的房间，整体氛围感非常不错。酒店位置还可以，离威尼斯火车站步行15分钟，要过两座桥，在河边小街边上。离那个大超市步行10分钟左右。到离岛车站步行8分钟左右。房间挺多。厨房设施也比较全面，有冰箱，虽然不大。盘子、酒杯这些也都挺全的。淋浴的水也挺热的。沙发也很舒服。

Cons:

从大门到二楼的酒店需要爬48个台阶，对于携带大型行李的人可能会有些难度。公寓整体暖气不是很足，房东来调节了好一些，但对于威尼斯最冷的天气还是显得有些不足。好在有些房间暖气还行。由于正值圣诞节，房东后期回复消息不快我是理解的。

Perfect accommodation if you want to experience Venice as it once was. Our apartment Tiziano had a beautiful canal view and was modernly equiped. The location is a walking distance from all the attractions and car parking but is also calm and quiet, a perfect balance.

A beautiful, relaxing stay in a charming palace.
Pros:

The building is beautiful and full of charm. The location and the view of the canal were great; 15 mins walk to the parking. The apartment was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely book this place again on our next visit to Venice.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful piece of history
Pros:

What an experience to stay in this 15th century palace. It is beautifully kept and such a treasure. The host was so welcoming and kind. All the rooms were well thought out and very comfortable. My two girls greatly enjoyed the giant bathtub. Located not far a walk from the train station. We really enjoyed our stay.
