Pros:

Perfect accommodation if you want to experience Venice as it once was. Our apartment Tiziano had a beautiful canal view and was modernly equiped. The location is a walking distance from all the attractions and car parking but is also calm and quiet, a perfect balance.
Michele was very kind and helpful.

A beautiful, relaxing stay in a charming palace.
Pros:

The building is beautiful and full of charm. The location and the view of the canal were great; 15 mins walk to the parking. The apartment was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely book this place again on our next visit to Venice.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful piece of history
Pros:

What an experience to stay in this 15th century palace. It is beautifully kept and such a treasure. The host was so welcoming and kind. All the rooms were well thought out and very comfortable. My two girls greatly enjoyed the giant bathtub. Located not far a walk from the train station. We really enjoyed our stay.

Apartamento increíble
Pros:

La ubicación. Está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses que te llevan al aeropuerto y de los vaporettos para ir donde quieras: por el Gran Canal, a Murano, Burano… y para ir andando al puente de Rialto son 20 min pasando por barrios y zonas con mucho encanto y ambiente (restaurantes, bares, tiendas…). El apartamento está en un antiguo palazzo con una entrada muy bonita. Aviso: Tiene muchas escaleras para llegar al 1º piso donde están los apartamentos. Estuvimos en el apartamento Tiziano. Es super espacioso y está muy limpio. 3 habitaciones, 2 baños y un mega salón comedor con cocina americana y vistas al canal. Y Michele es encantador!! Nos ayudó en todo!! Lo recomiendo muchísimo y volveremos!!!

Die Lage ist sehr gut, viele Lokale in der Nähe, sehr ruhig - gut zum Schlafen
Der Eigentümer ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen freundlich
Wir wurden up gegradet und hatten ein wunderschönes, stilvolles, sehr großes Apartment

Great location from bus/train station and Vaporetto. Very kind staff - thank you, Michele! Real taste of Venice accommodation - we loved our spacious apartment, well decorated and equipped apartment with great view of a canal but still very quiet and comfortably warm (we stayed at the end of October)

Cons:

Honestly, we liked everything.
