The shower was entertaining .
It was very hot weather so we didn’t mind it fluctuating from hot to cold , but in the winter I would be unhappy with the cold part.

Très bruyant! Pas du tout insonorisé. Chambre ne correspond pas aux photos, nous étions à la cave avec une toute petite fenêtre!

The high ceiling room and staff
No air conditioning, No elevator, construction next door caused no privacy and lots of noise
This hotel was exactly as described. It celebrates all things royal and British and was a very pleasant stay. Note - this property does not have a lift but the male receptionist was so kind and helped us to the second floor with our bags. We were very grateful for the fan provided during the heatwave.
The shower was tiny and with only a flimsy curtain to protect the floor from the water the whole bathroom got very wet.

The staff was wonderful, they were very accommodating. They were friendly and considerate.
It was unseasonably warm in the hotel is not air conditioned and then the fans were not the greatest either we really did suffer not getting the best nights of sleep because of how hot it was in the room.
The pictures do not display the room size very well the room was more small than I had anticipated; however, there could have been square footage or square centimeters listed I didn't pay attention.
We also had a room on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building

The hotel was well situated very clean and staff very welcoming
Nothing to complain about it was great
Clean hotel in a good location near Victoria Station. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in a rear facing room away from the road. Good selection of hot drinks in room - various different teas, hot chocolate etc.
The bathroom was very small. There is no lift ( which I knew from other reviews) but the staff helpfully carried my daughter's very heavy suitcase upstairs!
This hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were lovely, very friendly and polite. When we entered our room and found the fan not working they sorted it straight away. There was a heated towel rail (turned off thank goodness) and several hangers and a rail. Enough plug sockets for charging phones etc. Good mattress but a bit bouncy, kept feeling like would be bounced onto the floor when I turned over! Complimentary toiletries, hot drink sachets and wooden stirrers and little slipper things for the bathroom.
The rooms were very small, and so was the shower room. We’d booked 2 single rooms and had to share a bathroom. For one of the rooms this meant a short walk down a corridor, down one flight of stairs then another short corridor which was not very convenient. Having said that we had booked at the last minute after initial Airb&b accommodation cancelled. Quite a long walk to the tube and coach station.
