Excellent & memorable stay in London
Pros:

Reasonable price with excellent service, facilities & most importantly, near to bus & train station. Few iconic popular attractions also within walking distances. The hotel features a classic, minimalist yet modern and elegant decor. The balcony give a breathtaking view from my bed. The staffs are helpful & understanding especially Sunny, he provided us paper cup & plate for iftar (we didnt ask for it), this small gesture is really meaningful for us as traveller. Definitely will promote this hotel to my traveller friends🥰

Cons:

Small bathroom & toilet but it doesn’t bother so much, the cleannesses it tip top ⭐️

Staff were so kind and helpful, bed was comfy and sheets were lovey and clean. Everything was clean. I have nothing bad
Pros:

The most beautiful building with the cosiest little rooms. Only reason I marked it a 9 was because of no lift but I understand that the grade of the building and how old it is probably makes that impossible.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Excelente atención, ubicación y confort
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente desde el primer momento. Antes de llegar, solicitamos hacer el check-in temprano (lo habitual es a partir de las 15:00) y, aunque llegamos alrededor de las 12:00, nos dieron la habitación sin problemas ni esperas. Todo el equipo fue muy amable y servicial, lo que hizo que empezáramos la estancia con muy buena impresión. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Cons:

Quiza un poco de ruido, pero aceptable. Todo bien, ninguna queja.

L'accueil était super, l'emplacement est également top. La chambre est vraiment très propre et le lit confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant et de bon conseil. Je recommande fortement l'hôtel

Cons:

Monter au 3eme étage sans ascenseur est plutôt difficile pour certains. Le manque d'un espace dédié à réception pour se poser travailler ou boire un thé. Mal insonorisé mais c'est compréhensible au vue de l'age du bâtiment.
