Brilliant! Will definitely stay again in the future.

Brilliant location!

Perfect for access to Victoria station. We booked to stay here because we were going to the Victoria theatre and it was quite literally around the corner.

We like to walk to as many places as we can. Buckingham palace was a 15 minute walk away.

Loved the theme of the hotel and the London/Royal family inspired decor.

Would definitely book again in the future.

Pros:

O hotel fica numa região calma e super segura, um bairro super bonito. Muito bem localizado (perto da estação) e próximo a uma série de bons restaurantes e mercadinho, que usamos muito! A cama é muito boa, tem chaleira térmica com chás no quarto e secador de cabelo muito potente. Mas o que mais gostamos foi do pessoal que trabalha no hotel, super atencioso e prestativo!

Cons:

Apesar do banho ser maravilhoso, o box é pequeno. A temperatura do quarto era quente (fomos no inverno e deixamos o aquecedor do quarto sempre desligado e mesmo assim era quente - mas bastou deixarmos a janela aberta que a temperatura ficou mais amena). Ah, e não tem elevador, esteja preparado para as escadas. (Esses dois últimos pontos - aquecedor e escadas- são um problema em quase todos os hoteis da Europa).

Excellent little budget hotel, much better than a chain

Excellent stay, very clean and comfortable
Pros:

Close to Victoria coach station, 3 min walk. Easy access to underground (10 min walk) lots of places to eat and drink in around the hotel
Staff were so friendly and accommodating. I asked for a fan as the room was warm and within 5 mins there was a knock at the door with one.
Stayed with my son as he had an appointment at the US Embassy and it was a lovely spacious twin room.
