Cons:

Habitación doble para dos personas MUY pequeña, pero que MUY pequeña. Aseo minúsculo, y dos personas no podían moverse a la vez en la habitación, esto supuso un problema. En las fotos parecía más grande. El aseo tiene un lavabo diminuto, casi no te puedes ni lavar las manos, así que imagínate lavarte la cara ahí...es imposible.

The location and hotel exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The hotel was very cute and authentic and in superb location. Victoria station was a 10 min walk away and Big Ben only 2 km away. However it was a very quiet and beautiful area. Beds were very comfortable.

It was a great base for an overnight stay in London
Pros:

The room was big enough, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The only slight problem was that we had no hot water when we returned late at night but didn't say anything so the hotel weren't given a chance to help. The location was good being so close to Victoria.

Maybe a few more sachets of tea and some decaf coffee
