Perfect apart from the kettle isue

Very clean and tdy

Cons:

We had an issue with the kettle tripping out the electrics each day of our stay only solution was not to use the kettle, not a problem for us but other guests my struggle.

Exceptional treatment, great location, clean.
Pros:

I haven’t had such an exceptional treatment for a long time. Every single team member was absolutely amazing, helpful and gentle people. I did not expect anything like that at this price point. Total surprise. Also location is great and quite given that you’re next to one of the busiest places in London.

Cons:

It’s a bit dated, yet very clean. Mattresses could be a bit better. But again, you can not ask for more at this price.

Excellent location to the Victoria Coach Station
Pros:

Loved the location and the service. Would have like have had a fridge. The staff were so great and took our heavy bags up the steps

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do centrum można spokojnie dojść pieszo, ale stacja metra jest też bardzo blisko.
W hotelu i pokojach bardzo czysto, panowie z recepcji bardzo mili i pomocni, mogliśmy zostawić bezpłatnie walizki zanim pokój był gotowy i na koniec pobytu tak samo.
