Less than 3 hours sleep. Terrible.

I didn't sleep all night - windows are so the you can hear every car and the noise of the trams, like they are in the room with you. Front desk were exceptionally rude when I called ahead to try and book parking. 'I don't know who you are, you could be anyone', such a strange and rude way to talk to a paying guest. Avoid.

Ottimo hotel.
Pros:

Si trova in pieno centro, in una traversa di via Po. Le fermate dei mezzi pubblici sono vicinissime. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e professionale. La colazione è stata ottima. Camera ampia.

Gusto personale. Dovrebbero togliere la mochette.

Friendly staff, great location.
Pros:

Closeness to attractions, cafes, restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, and took advantage of the 10% off a restaurant that was recommended. Handy having a fridge with in the room. Ability to leave luggage before and after check in. Basic breakfast included with the best coffee from a cafe style coffee maker. Room warm for our February stay.
No regrets picking this hotel.

Minor issues smaller shower enclosure and I couldn’t get my bedside power socket to work

Parlo per la mia esperienza ,tutta la camera in generale, arredamenti datati, bagno(c'era il lavabo sospeso che si muoveva pericolosamente in quanto distaccato dalla base di sostegno)e il letto matrimoniale che erano due letti singoli attaccati.
