Excellent Stay in Old Salamanca
Pros:

Gabriel at reception was wonderful and incredibly helpful. The room was excellent and had a nice French balcony. The breakfast was very nice as well. The location was about as good as it could get. Near the Plaza Mayor.

L'emplacement près de la Plaza Mayor , l'accueil gentil et bienveillant du personnel à la réception ,la discrétion du personnel d'entretien et le parking proche de l' hôtel,nous y avions séjourné en 2025 et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

La ubicación, cerca de todo.

Cons:

Un hotel 4 estrellas no puede no tener un bar ,un lugar para tomar una merienda.Durante la noche nadie queda en la administtacion/conserjería. ,dejan un TE por si hay alguna emergencia.'

Super Lage, unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Informationen zu aktuellen Veranstaltungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten wurden bestens geteilt auf individuelle Fragen wurde bestmöglich eingegangen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Matratze bequem und vom kleinen Balkon hatten wir eine herrliche Aussicht. Das Hotel hat die beste Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt. Bislang der beste Aufenthalt seit langem, unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen! Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert!
