Comfortable & convenient with lovely staff but felt shabby & neglected by its owners.

Staff were lovely, especially Gabriel. Unfortunately the hotel looked & felt neglected by its owners, a bit shabby & in need of updating. Located in a very noisy area near an "Irish" pub with lots of loud backpackers.

Cons:

It felt a bit grubby inside - carpets, walls, broken things - it feels neglected by the owners. Location was convenient but felt like the shabby end of town. Doesn't look as nice in reality as it does online!
