Location, very central, easy to get everywhere on foot, plenty of restaurants around.

Decor was quite outdated and mismatched. It looked like they tried to redecorate a couple of times but never really got to the end.
The bathtub was desperately needing replacing. There had been many botched jobs of repairing the damaged enamel.
The shower was ok but the tap was really difficult to operate.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a Plaza Mayor, restaurantes, comércio, centro histórico.
Eu realmente fiz tudo a pé.
O estacionamento não fica na propriedade, é bem próximo mas para chegar ao hotel, é uma subida. Se tiver com malas pesadas, aconselho a deixá-las no hotel antes de ir para o estacionamento.
A equipa da receção foi muito atenciosa desde o instante que efetuei a reserva. Mantiveram sempre um contacto, a explicar sobre o estacionamento e os selos de baixa emissão.
O quarto era amplo e deu para acomodar perfeitamente 3 pessoas. A casa de banho tinha um bom tamanho também. A limpeza do hotel, quarto e casa de banho estavam impecáveis.
O pequeno almoço é simples mas tinha (quase) tudo. Desci faltando 1h para o final do pequeno almoço e não foi realizada a reposição de alguns alimentos. Outros hóspedes desceram depois e mesmo assim, não houve reposição.

Probably the walk uphill with our luggage from the garage to the hotel, but it was just a minor inconvenience
Camera molto grande, letto comodo e tutto molto pulito. Staff molto premuroso.
Se in piazza c’è molto rumore in camera si sente. Non da compromettere il sonno ad ogni modo. La colazione può essere perfezionata.
