Perfect location, but needs some improvements. Ok for a weekend stay on reasonable price.
Pros:

Positives:
- staff: very friendly and nice
- location: close to eveywhere but outside of the crowds
- room: spacious and bright

Cons:

Negatives:
- staff: friendy but not very helpful, most of our request were not done or missmatched.
- room: spacious but in bad condition, several objects and wall were visibly damaged and in bad condition.
- bathroom: in bad condition (some tiles were missing, the shower doors were falling off and the hairdryer was burned and unusable), also the bathtub was missing but was included in the room description.
- the cleaningnes of the bathroom was not good, especially the shower doors.

Hotel das den Erwartungen voll entspricht
Pros:

Ein Hotel wie man es in Venedig erwartet, der Stil, die Ausstattung das Ambiente, alles passt.
Man fühlt sich ins 17 Jahrhundert versetzt.
Endlich ein Hotel das auch den Bildern der Webseite entspricht. Das Personal war auch überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Nous venons toujours avec grand plaisir dans cet hôtel particulier de charme : très beau lieu, bien placé, personnel toujours au petit soin et jardin ombragé bien sympathique pour l excellent petit-déjeuner et se reposer en soirée

Un petit bémol, un rafraîchissement de l intérieur serait nécessaire : tapis dans les couloirs tâchés , salle de bains qui commence à dater avec matériel cassé et tentures de chambre trouées, et télévision qui marchait pas. Bref un coup de jeune serait bienvenue

El hotel es un antiguo palacio h aunque tiene cierto deterioro es parte del encanto. El desayuno es estupendo y muy completo.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Everything was clean and tidy throughout the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. Definitely highly recommended, and honestly, a great price for what you get!
