Our stay was amazing! It felt like travelling back in time. What we loved the most was that it didn't feel like staying at a hotel but at a guest house-palazzo :) The location was great, central but away from the masses. The stuff was all very kind and attentive. There was some problem with the heating in our room and we were transfered to the suite for no extra charge. This room was really like a dream! Also the hotel offered free prosecco when you arrive, afternoon tea everyday and a free transfer to Murano island. It's all these details that make the difference and made our stay feel so cozy and unique. Thank you for everything and we look forward to come back!

struttura un po' datata. mi hanno assegnato una camera rumorosa e con poca riservatezza poiché situata al piano terra a ridosso dell' ingresso e della sala per le colazioni. la camera presentava prese staccate dal muro e il wifi era raggiungibile solo nel bagno. il riscaldamento non era funzionante .Da un hotel a quattro stelle superior non mi sarei aspettata questo servizio

Posizione strategica che permette di raggiunmgere tutte le principali attrazioni anche a piedi, nonostante la centralità la struttura si trova in una strada molto tranquilla. Colazione abbondante e molto varia.

Pros:

Personnel au petit soin, petit déjeuner avec un choix incroyable, la situation géographique on ne pouvait pas rêver mieux. On a été surpris, on a eu le droit au Tea Time, et une fois à l’apéro.
Pas de point négatif, on est ravi de notre séjour.
