La Ubicación y el edificio, por ser un palacio

Cons:

La habitación en pleno comedor del desayuno, los amenities muy escasos y gel y champú muy básicos para un 4 estrellas.

Ein wunderbares Hotel, zentral gelegen und mit viel Charme
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu errreichen und hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstüch für italienische Verhältnisse phänomenal mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann. Der kleine Garten lädt zu Erholungspausen ein und ist ein ruhiger Platz zum Verweilen inmitten der Stadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind darüber hinaus fußläufig zu erreichen, auch die nächste Station des Wassertaxis ist gerademal zwei MInuten entfernt.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas hellhörig und das Bad recht klein, was den baulichen Gegebenheiten eines Palazzos geschuldet ist. Das mindert die Qualität des Aufenthalts aber nur minimal.

L'atout de l'hôtel est son cadre historique.
Le mobilier ancien et les matériaux d'origine ont été heureusement conservés. Espérons que cette démarche de conservation qualitative perdurera.

Cons:

Depuis 2015, date de mon dernier séjour, les prestations ont été revues à la baisse : petit déjeuner moins bon, plus de peignoir dans la chambre...
Le carrelage autour de la baignoire est en très mauvais état.

Our stay was amazing! It felt like travelling back in time. What we loved the most was that it didn't feel like staying at a hotel but at a guest house-palazzo :) The location was great, central but away from the masses. The stuff was all very kind and attentive. There was some problem with the heating in our room and we were transfered to the suite for no extra charge. This room was really like a dream! Also the hotel offered free prosecco when you arrive, afternoon tea everyday and a free transfer to Murano island. It's all these details that make the difference and made our stay feel so cozy and unique. Thank you for everything and we look forward to come back!
