Pros:

Very clean, ancient vibe and very close to vaporetto access

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights and they did not clean our room at all!!

An amazing oasis of tranquility in Venice
Pros:

Great location, so quiet but close to the main areas and river buses.
Lovely garden to have breakfast.
Complementary tea and coffee was available and we also had it delivered to our room as no tea or coffee making.

Cons:

It’s an old building with lots of character but the bathroom really needs a refresh .

Pros:

Great location next to the center of Venice, but away from the crowds. An authentic palazzo with a lot of charm. Very nice staff, very helpful. Nice breakfast + tea time included.

Pros:

La posizione ottima dell'hotel e la gentilezza dello staff sono state davvero due delle cose che più ho apprezzato di questo soggiorno! La camera inoltre era meravigliosa!! La colazione perfetta!! Consiglio di provare le torte!!

The history of this charming hotel provides an old world experience that is fitting of a stay in Venice. The staff were very accommodating and professional. Added touches such as fresh flowers in the lobby, a beautiful courtyard garden, and afternoon tea allowed for a welcomed retreat from the hustle of the main areas of the city, which are within walking distance.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is in an interesting area and quieter than the centre. Had a lovely room overlooking the garden. Direct access to a canal makes it a very special place.

Sehr schönes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, bemüht und freundlich geführt.
Pros:

Die sehr ausgeprägte Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des (übrigens ausschließlich männlichen!) Personals. Frühstück war gut, auch die anderen Hotelgäste waren höfliche Touristen mit Benehmen und Niveau (nicht selbstverständlich in Venedig).

Großartiger venezianischer Palast mit romantischem Garten.
Pros:

Unglaublich, dass man so in in so einem wunderbaren Venezia Palast übernachten kann. Das Frühstück ist super. Auch die Lage abseits der Hauptstraße in einer ruhigen Ecke versteckt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss an sich war toll, nur die vergitterten Fenster auf ebener Straße und der Eingang direkt in den Frühstückssaal waren für eine Nacht okay.
