Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Nous sommes arrivés très tard et l'enveloppe avec la clé nous attendaient.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une panne d’eau chaude le dernier jour mais le personnel a tout fait pour réparer cela le jour même.

Really great time here. Super happy to be hosted by the team and will rebook again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

Great location whilst been quiet and private. The room was lovely too. Check in easy and all the staff are very good people.

Cons:

Nothing I would stay here again happily.

Très bonne propreté

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude le samedi soir et le dimanche matin jour de notre départ.
2 jours sans se laver et l’établissement n’a rien voulu nous accorder en dédommagement je trouve cela regrettable alors que tout le sejour se passait bien.

Très agréable séjour avec un personnel attentionné et une chambre confortable

Personnel très accueillant. Hotel idéalement situé en plein centre de Venise (quartier San Marco). Chambre très propre et fonctionnelle
