Direkt am Hafen, also kurzer Weg zur Fähre. Viele Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war großartig. Auswahl an typisch italienisch-süßen Speisen aber daneben ein sehr großes Angebot eines kontinentalen Frühstücks mit Brot, Brötchen, Käse, Wurst und verschiedenen Marmeladen und Obst. Von der Terrasse aus ein toller Blick aufs Meer aber auch auf den Vulkan.

Chambres propres mais vieillotte. La vue était pas mal sur la plage de pêcheurs.
L’accueil impeccable
Snídaně byla bohatá, velký výběr, velmi ochotný personál, krásný výhled na moře.
Ma note s’inscrit dans le contexte suivant : le ferry n’a pas pu accoster sur l’île de Stromboli. La mer était mauvaise, il s’y est repris à deux reprises, mais le capitaine a estimé que la manœuvre était trop dangereuse et le ferry est reparti en direction de Lipari.
Nous avons immédiatement contacté l’hôtel par téléphone depuis le ferry, dès que nous avons appris que nous ne pourrions pas venir sur l’île.
Nous avons eu la propriétaire au téléphone et lui avons expliqué notre situation, en précisant que c’était bien contre notre volonté que nous ne pourrions séjourner dans son établissement, et que nous étions également déçus de ne pas pouvoir visiter l’île.
Il faut savoir qu’il était alors 17h30 et que nous n’avions aucun plan B pour trouver un hôtel sur le continent.
La propriétaire nous a affirmé qu’elle ne pouvait pas annuler notre séjour car Booking ne le permettait pas. Mais c’était clairement faux : elle aurait pu faire un geste commercial.
Nous n’étions absolument pas responsables du fait que le bateau n’ait pas pu s’amarrer au port de Stromboli.
Ce n’est vraiment pas commerçant de sa part de n’avoir fait aucun geste. Je pense tout de même que l’hôtel n’est pas à une nuitée près.
De notre côté, nous avons dû trouver un hôtel sur le continent. Nous avons donc payé une nuit à Stromboli sans y avoir séjourné, et une autre nuit sur le continent pour ne pas dormir à la belle étoile.
Le discours de la propriétaire qui nous a dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas annuler notre séjour à cause de booking alors que c'est absolument faux elle aurait pu faire un geste commercial.
C'est assez déplorable à croire que elle est à une nuitée prêt.
L’hôtel Ossidiana a eu la gentillesse de nous surclasser à l’occasion de notre lune de miel et nous a aidé à trouver une chambre en urgence car notre ferry de départ à été annulé pour cause de mauvais temps. Un grand merci !

Great location, just a very short walk to the ferry. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and we were able to check-in as soon as we arrived, which was a great bonus. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower. We had a balcony overlooking the street. Lots of choices at the buffet breakfast. We stayed here because we wanted to do the walk up to Stromboli volcano. What a fantastic trek and adventure it was. We also booked a local boat trip to Vulcano which was great.
