Beach in 3 minutes and wonderfully welcoming hosts
Pros:

Comfortable apartments, beach is a 3-minute walk, and the owner and staff are outstandingly hospitable. It’s a quiet spot — no bars or nightlife around — which suited us perfectly with kids. Great value.

Hotel was far below expectation. No refund offered. Not even partial. We paid 4 nights and stayed 0.
Cons:

Online photos are too good (!) ...in person the hotel was very disappointing. To call this a 'boutique' hotel is inaccurate - the check in desk was messy, the rooms plain, and the common areas sparse. No character, just old and run-down. Also, be aware it is very close to the high speed train line and neither side of the hotel is quiet.
