L'établissement était fermé et nous n'avons pas été prévenu, nous avons eu le service client après 25 longues minutes d'attente au tel qui nous à indiqué que nous étions attendu dans un autre Hôtel, Ouf !!!!

Por un problema técnico nos movieron de hotel a un albergue

Tuvieron la decencia de reservarnos un alojamiento en sustitución.

Cons:

Por razones ajenas -supongo-, no pudieron alojarnos en Airone hotel, en su defecto nos mandaron a un "hotel de 4 estrellas de la misma categoría" que resultó ser un albergue. Allí nos trataron bien, pero de ninguna manera era ni la misma categoría ni el mismo estilo. Al menos estaba muy cerca de la zona de Trulli.

No puedo hacer comentarios sobre el hotel Airone porque unos días antes de la llegada y cuando ya estaba cobrado el precio de la habitación, nos comunicaron que nos cambiaban a otro hotel. No hemos tenido ningún tipo de información sobre las tarifas de uno y otro y lo cierto es que el hotel al que nos cambiaron no tenia aire acondicionado y el acceso era bastante incómodo. La habitación muy austera y los servicios muy justos. Creo que igual que la reserva está sujeta a unos plazos para cancelar, si el cambio se produce por parte del alojamiento debería darse más información o alguna opción al cliente y algún tipo de compensación. Gracias
