Super emplacement mais juste pour les visites de Palerme !
Pros:

La situation est parfaite pour les visites de Palerme. L'hôtel se trouve vraiment au centre.

Cons:

Les lits un peu étroits et il faut sortir de la réception pour se rendre dans les chambres et au petit déjeuner !

Buona posizione, colazione, gentilezza, la camera e la manutenzione del bagno lasciano a desiderare

Posizione ottima e centralissima, perfetta per muoversi a piedi. Colazione buona con vasto assortimento. Gentilezza del personale

Cons:

Per il prezzo pagato ci si aspetta qualcosa in più a livello di manutenzione del bagno, che presenta rotture nella rubinetteria e tracce di muffa nel box doccia. Trovare parcheggio anche a pagamento è piuttosto difficile in zona, è risaputo essendo in centro ma abbiamo dovuto percorrere oltre un chilometro e mezzo a piedi.

Les chambres sont vétustes, rideaux avec odeur de tabac, salle de bains vieillotte et douche rouillée, pas au niveau du 3 étoiles annoncé....

Nazwa "Elite" tylko z nazwy
Pros:

Ogromny (+) dla całej obsługi hotelu, którzy są serdeczni i pomocni.

Hotel ma własne bistro-cukiernia z dużym i smacznym wyborem deserów.

Na przeciwko hotelu jest bankomat (+5€ prowizji) oraz 5 minut drogi do przystanku autobusowego "z" i "do" lotniska.

Woda w lodówce jako miły akcent dla gości

Cons:

Smaczne śniadania, ale nie ma wogóle mleka do płatków śniadaniowych, jest tylko mleko z ekspresu, a ono dla dzieci nie jest smaczne.

POŚCIEL do wymiany! Niestety są ślady np. krwi po innych gościach. Oraz poduszki są bardzo nie wygodne, albo należy dodać dodatkowe albo całkiem wymienić.

Prysznic za mały ciężko osobie dorosłej wykąpać się.

Zamiast papierowych kubków przydałyby się plastikowe.

SUSZARKA do włosów do wymiany! Nie ma mocy jest trudno kobiecie z długimi włosami suszyć i jednocześnie ciagle trzymając przycisk suszarki.

Gniazdka do ładowania między przyciskami do światła co utrudnia ładowanie szczególnie osobom z Anglii, które muszą użyć przejściówki.

Najwiekszym utrudnieniem jest brak czajnika w standardowym wyposażeniu.

Meble mocno zużyte i niestety w szafie kurz.

Widok na dziedziniec nie jest oczekiwanym widokiem to widok na inny budynek i śmietniki, a do tego okna są brudne i zniszczone.
