La colazione minimale, con prodotti non freschi (qualcuno era scaduto) in ambiente troppo stretto (gli ospiti dovevano fare colazione a turno) Stanza troppo piccola per tre persone. No ascensore . Hall inesistente. Letto aggiunto scomodissimo

Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è un punto strategico per raggiungere a piedi i diversi posti situati nel centro, ma la notte è impossibile riposare in silenzio,perché si trova su una delle vie principali strapiena di negozi, locali e il rumore delle persone, della musica, rende quasi impossibile andare a dormire in tranquillità!

Senza ascensore, e per entrare in hotel bisogna fare un bel po di scale purtroppo

Il y avait des cafards dans tout l’établissement, dans la chambre et la salle de bain
La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sale, pas très aimable.
L’emplacement en plein centre est en fait hyper bruyant.
Cet hôtel est à éviter absolument !!!!!

Albergo al piano di un palazzo di fronte al Teatro Massimo. La stanza singola era angusta, maleodorante e i servizi igienici erano sporchi di urina e peli. Anche al momento della consegna delle chiavi in reception c’era un odore di sudore insopportabile. Viste queste condizioni ho dovuto lasciare la camera e l’hotel in maniera immediata contattando contestualmente il call center di Booking.com dove mi è stato prospettato un rimborso. In realtà la procedura di rimborso prevede la conciliazione con l’hotel, che non è mai avvenuta, prevedibilmente. Per cui ho dovuto cambiare hotel senza ricevere alcun rimborso, contrariamente a quanto avevo capito durante la telefonata al call center di Booking dove evidentemente non ho ricevuto risposte chiare. Se vi dovesse capitare, non lesinate in fotografie, a e non è stato detto

Чудесный маленький отель. Расположение на шумной улице, зато самый центр. Кажется, что отель семейный. При заселении по-английски не говорили. Но переводчик нам помог. У меня был ранний автобус, отель закрывается на ночь. Я предупредила сеньору и она встала специально, чтобы выпустить меня. Номер типично старый итальянский, но супер чистый! Красивая старая мебель в номере. Завтрак взять не успела, ничего сказать не могу.

Cons:

Очень маленький душ. Отель и ресепшен на втором этаже, не видела лифт. Но, может, я просто его не заметила.

Customer service is very bad very aggressive and the Man charge me more for the city tax because I pay by card and I wait about 15 minutes because the guy card machine didn’t work and until top of this all he charged me more because I’m paying by card please guys avoid this place pay little bit more go somewhere better
