Es hat jeden Abend eine Hochzeit stattgefunden und dementsprechend war es sehr laut. Unsere Stornierungsanfrage direkt nach Ankunft wurde ohne Begründung abgelehnt. Das sogenannte „Deluxe-Bungalow“ ist renovierungsbedürftig und hat den Standard eines einfachen Zimmers in einem Hostel (max. 2 Sterne). Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch und ist unfreundlich.

We had a lovely stay and the hotel is a hidden gem.
Pros:

The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained.
The breakfast room and the food were outstanding.

Cons:

The room was modern and well decorated although not ideal for 2 women friends as the shower and tub are enclosed by glass only without any privacy and there is nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom .
The access road or very well hidden! It is a dangerous corner to pull out onto the main road

Un indimenticabile soggiorno di puro Relax in una fantastica location.

La camera favolosa!
Il tagliere assortito che ci hanno servito in camera, accompagnato da una bottiglia di prosecco DOP millesimato e 2 calici, erano degni di un Gourmet club a cinque stelle.
La Jacuzzi con vista panoramica sul giardino e parte delle isole Egadi é una esperienza favolosa.
La colazione buonissima, genuina, assortita e servita in uno splendido salone.
La mia compagna Felice dopo un periodo iperstressante ed io insieme a lei.

Un grazie sincero a tutto lo staff. Gentili, professionali, disponibilissimi e soprattutto sorridenti.😊

Esperienza non coerente con il posizionamento e con la reputazione della struttura
Abbiamo soggiornato alla Favorita di Marsala in tre persone, pagando 250€ per un weekend di gennaio, aspettandoci un livello di servizio coerente con una struttura che si presenta come vincitrice di 4 Hotel Barbieri e nota per le sue colazioni.
Proprio per questo, la colazione è stata una delle maggiori delusioni: l’angolo è carino, ma l’offerta è risultata molto basica, con una sola torta, nessuna spremuta fresca e solo le classiche proposte standard come yogurt e croissant confezionati. Nulla che rispecchi l’immagine di eccellenza che viene comunicata.
Anche l’ubicazione della nostra sistemazione non era chiara in fase di prenotazione. Il bungalow assegnato era distante dal corpo principale e trasmetteva una sensazione di isolamento e di povertà di contesto, più che di esclusività.
All’interno abbiamo trovato solo lo stretto indispensabile: nessun comfort invernale (assenza di bollitore o macchina del caffè), Wi-Fi non funzionante e un ambiente complessivamente spoglio, poco accogliente e poco curato.
Considerato che la struttura era praticamente vuota, sarebbe stato naturale offrire un upgrade o una sistemazione più adeguata, lasciando al cliente un buon ricordo. Invece è rimasta una chiara percezione di rapporto qualità-prezzo sbilanciato e di un’esperienza non allineata al posizionamento dichiarato.
Per questi motivi, non mi sento di consigliarla.
