Super zentral - 5min zum Bahnhof- 5 min zum Hafen alles in der Nähe. Super! Könnte nicht besser sein. Trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Man wirbt mit tollen neuen Zimmern - wir hatten leider ein altes mit mini altem Bad. Kein Tageslicht- Fenster nach innen wo das nächste nur 1m weg ist…

Das Frühstück war überschaubar- bisschen mehr Auswahl und frisches Obst ( Obstsalat) wäre toll gewesen. Oder vielleicht Eier.

Dachterrasse öffnet erst Anfang Juni - das war super schade!

Centrale, pulito e confortevole
Pros:

Posizionato nella parte bassa della città, centralissimo e vicino alla stazione. Colazione internazionale, si fa in terrazza coperta, con personale di sala gentilissimo. Camera pulita e spaziosa ma essenziale. Presenza del frigo bar pieno, ma non erano indicati i prezzi dei prodotti. Affaccio su un vicolo, con vista del fianco di un palazzo meraviglioso.

Great hotel with clean, modern rooms very close to train station.
Pros:

Ideal location for those travelling by train as only a 5 minute walk away yet central to all the main sights. The staff were friendly and helpful, my single room had a good sized single bed, everything was clean and modern. Thoroughly recommend the Italia.

Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, aber dennoch ruhig, weil an einer Fußgängerzone. Frühstück war lecker.

Cons:

Wegen Parken schwierig, aber gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz am Hafen in max 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
