Lovely, small hotel in the heart of Garmisch
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was very clean, modern, and there was a lot of space. Check-in was easy and the hotel is within walking distance to the train station and bus stops.

Cons:

This is very nitpicky but I recommend they add some signage about which entrance to enter for check in. If you have heavy luggage, or mobility issues do consider asking in advance for a ground floor room as the staircase to the upstairs was narrow and steep. The bed pillow in the room was very worn out and flat. Lastly, I was surprised to learn I had to pay a "city tax" when I checked out. I would have preferred to pay everything up front as part of the original reservation. All that said I would absolutely stay there again. The staff and overall facility are very lovely.

Wenn man mehr als 10 Punkte vergeben könnte würden wir das tun. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Hotel. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten auf ein ganz tolles Zimmer. Das Frühstück war toll - alles immer super frisch und lecker. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr gut und äußerst angenehm.

Pros:

직원분들이 정말 친절합니다. 설명도 잘해주고, 일정 때문에 이른 체크아웃을 했어야 했는데 그 점을 양해해 주시고 조식을 따로 밤에 챙겨주셨습니다. 독일 사람들은 정말 친절한 것 같아요!

Cons:

방으로 들어갈 때 계단이 있는 게 살짝 아쉬웠습니다. 짐이 무거워서 옮기기가 힘들더라구요.
