Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Frühstück super, das Personal top und super Bergblick vom Balkon.

Cons:

Das Bad mit dem Duschen in der Badewanne könnte ab einem bestimmten Alter zum Problem werden, da der Rand der Badewanne sehr hoch ist und der Spritzschutz aus Glas etwas störend ist. Das ist aber Jammern auf höchstem Nieau, da wir letztes Jahr ein Luxuszimmer mit Dusche und zusätzlich freistehender Badewanne im Zimmer gebucht hatten. Bei einer späten Ankunft abends im Hotel nach einem Tagesausflug, gibt es Schwierigkeiten einen Parkplatz auf dem hoteleigenen Innenhof zu bekommen.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll mit viel Holz eingerichtet. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum ist perfekt - direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Das Hotel hat hinterm Haus jede Menge Parkplätze (5 €/Tag), die vor Anreise reserviert werden müssen. Der Besuch des Restaurants mit eigener Brauerei ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurden Wurst, Käse, Gurken und Tomaten in einer schmalen Vitrine mit Kühlung auf 3 Etagen präsentiert. Zur Entnahme musste man die einzelnen Klappen öffnen. Sehr umständlich alleine und hat oft zu Menschenansammlumgen geführt.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Zimmer nett ausgestattet. Schönes Bad/WC.
Lage sehr gut mitten im Zentrum, dadurch natürlich keine wirkliche Stille in der Nacht. Weiß man aber.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts.
Das Frühstück hatten wir etwas reichhaltiger erwartet, aber es war okay. Auch mit dem Nachlegen haperte es etwas

Biohotel würde ich weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und immer anwesend. Schönen Biergarten und gutes eigenes Bier. Zimmer war geräumig. Lage sehr Zentral.

Cons:

Eine gekühlte Minibar hat noch gefehlt. Zum duschen in die Wanne steigen fällt auch nicht jedem leicht.

It was okay.

Cons:

No aircon in the room ... that's acceptable. No fans available because they've run out - in stonking hot weather - not acceptable. Telling me that they acknowledge the issue but they can't offer a financial recognition because the booking was with a third party? Pathetic and shirking their responsibility but mostly showing that they dont really care about their customer.

Fabulous stay with a great view
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel and restaurant in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We had a panorama room on level 1 with a fabulous view of the mountains. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was generous and they were able to cater for gluten intolerance with freshly baked bread rolls. The beer garden was a great place for an afternoon apperitivo and dinner, which can also be enjoyed in the restaurant. The hotel is an 8-10 minute walk from the train station and the Zugspitze cogwheel train. We highly recommend.
