Excellent location right on the main square. The staff were friendly. The only negative is that the AC was a bit weak. Would stay again

Such a beautiful location. Rooms were stunning and so comfortable. Location was picture-perfect and easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location and we really liked Menaggio. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Liked the owners / management team. Staff in the cafe was moody and inconsistent. Hotel is good value. Menaggio is a little calmer and more real compared to trendier Bellagio and Varenna.

We stayed here for 2 nights in early October 2025. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it has a great location. The bed was hard. Pillows were good. Great shower with hot water! Loved that our balcony opened up with a view of the lake. Lovely shops and dining all around. If you want more of a budget friendly stay in a good location close to the ferry then this will work well for you!

Just wow! So many things we loved about this charming hotel… the fantastic location across the road from the lake , a first floor balcony that overlooked the town square and a view of lake, clean room and comfy bed. Easy walk to ferry terminal and all the dining options. One of the highlights of this hotel was the infinity roof top pool - we spent every afternoon taking in the view from this wonderful spot. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next time in Italy. Thank you 🙏

This is the 2nd time staying here. Love it. Very quaint. Clean, friendly, helpfully. Close to the marina to catch the ferry’s. And they have a pool! If I come back again I will be staying here👍👍👍👍

The restaurant downstairs was excellent and the location of the property was amazing!! So beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Room was a little smaller than I expected but overall, I had an excellent stay!!

Great location, easy access to other parts of the lake. Room was huge and very comfortable with a lovely view over the lake. Staff were friendly & helpful. Bottled water in the room would be a nice touch. All said, a very good stay would definitely recommend.

Great location and a sweet small hotel. The hotel reception is in the cafe so there isn't much space or room for luggage. Our room was spotless and had an incredible lake view and the pool views were spectacular. The hairdryer needed replacing - outdated for 2025!

Drove along the lake from Milan & ended up in Menaggio by dusk. Asked if they had a room & luckily they have an annex a short walk from main building with a vacancy. Price was fair & we had a large room w queen bed & bunkbed for my son. Nice bathroom. Overlooked the square & was perfect for our one night stay. Mgr & staff couldnt have been any nicer. Would def stay again nxt time in Menaggio.

I paid 200 euro per night at 9.30 PM, but they have the latest check-time at 7 PM as that's mentioned on Expedia. Consequently, i was not able to enter the room. I was waiting for 5 hours for a manager coming. It's not acceptable. Poor level of communication with that manager as well.

Booked last minute as a walk-in. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. He gave us a very nice room with a view of the lake with private balcony. The room decor is old world "charm", spacious enough and clean. Small bathroom but functional. Hotel has it's own parking garage if needed. The bar/restaurant down stairs was very convenient. Overall a good experience.

Lovely restaurant and great outdoor seating areas to enjoy coffee or aperitivo.
Close ferry drop off . Easy to get to .

The owner of the hotel vulgar and embarrassed my husband. We stopped off and had two cakes and coffee to go and my husband used the toilet. Where in the world have you seen or heard a hotel owner embarrass a paying customer because they used his toilet prior to buying coffee and cakes for 15 euros. In top the toilette did not have a seat.

We loved the hotel. Great position and room 205 overlooks the lake which is great to wake up to

The room has not been cleaned well for a while. Under the bed one could see and feel the dust.
The location is great

A real gem half way up Lago de Como. Easy to get the ferries to other locations, great area to walk and visit a great selection of restaurants, clean and bustling with activity.
