Pros:

Property was clean and excellent location

Cons:

Property is outdated on the decor, noisy and you smelled what the kitchen was cooking. Had reserved two cribs, only had one. Got the second one a they told us there was a 14 euro per day charge. We finally didn’t pay.

The perfect hotel in the most amazing setting. Felt like royalty staying here
Pros:

The room was stunning, the views were amazing. Great location for the ferry and bars/restaurants.
We ate in the cafe below it was great. Roof top pool and sauna was the best part of our day after walking lots of steps between bellagio, varenna and finally arriving in menaggio it was a great way to end the day. The gentleman on reception was very kind and helpful. Can’t wait to return

Super beliggenhed og godt værelse, men personalet var ikke serviceorienteret. men et ikke serviceminded personale.
Pros:

En super beliggenhed og en lille fin pool på toppen af taget med fantastisk udsigt.
Rent stort værelse med balkon mod sø og torv.

Cons:

Vi oplevede en manager der virkede ligeglad og uinteresseret i os. Personalet virkede lidt forvirrede og glemte ordrer ved morgenmaden. Deres system virkede lidt underligt. En tjener tog i mod ordrer, og andre serverede. Normalt kan dette fungere, men her virkede det som om om kommunikationen svigtede og de derfor glemte eller kom med forkerte ordrer.
Mange af personalerne smilede ikke og nogle manglede helt mimik i ansigtet. Vi tolkede dette som et dårligt arbejdsmiljø, men det er selvfølgelig et gæt.
Vi følte en smule medfølelse for de unge mennesker, der måske ikke trives.
Vi kunne ønske os noget mere opmærksomhed og flere smil og humor.

Good location
Pros:

The location of this hotel is hard to beat. It is right in the heart of Menaggio, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and the lakefront. From our room, we had an amazing view of Lake Como, with the surrounding restaurants and cafés adding to the atmosphere.
The hotel’s best feature is the rooftop swimming pool. It feels like a large jacuzzi/pool and offers fantastic panoramic views of Lake Como. It was a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel also has a sauna, which is a nice bonus.
Private parking is available exclusively for hotel guests. It is located just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. Parking is not free, but having a reserved space in the center of Menaggio is very convenient.

Cons:

The room needs to be updated. But I understand that the price will be affected by such changes. The cleanliness of the room needs to be checked. The bathroom had a dry urine smell and I had to clean it myself and kept window open to reduce smell.
