SONO INAFFIDABILI NON CI ANDATE
Pros:

Poca serietà, email contrastanti, chiesta la possibilità di spostare data pur avendo pagato prima, chiedendo qualsiasi altra data in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. Alla fine il giorno prima comunicano che non è possibile da regolamento, mentre la procedura di booking lo permetteva.

אכזבה קשה בהליך הצק אין, בשל בורות אנשי המלון הם טענו שאינם מצליחים לגבות תשלום מכרטיס אשראי של מי שהזמין (סבא) את החדר עבורנו שזו שטות ממדרגה ראשונה, כי אנחנו עם אותו שם משפחה, וגבו מזומן עבור השהייה דבר שגרם עגמת נפש גדולה

Очень хороший номер в настоящем римском отеле.
Pros:

Нам в основном всё понравилось. Очень удобное месторасположение. Доброжелательный и внимательный персонал, всё на уровне и даже чуть-чуть лучше заявленных трёх звёзд.

Cons:

Несмотря на очень хорошую звукоизоляцию между номерами, практически весь шум с улицы был слышен в номере на четвёртом этаже через окно! На завтрак тоже можно было бы подумать предложить что-то из детского меню. Интерьер из качественных материалов в хорошем вкусе, разве что не хватало каких-то мелочей, как расположение телевизора на столе, мог бы висеть на стене, чуть более продуманное освещение, могла быть более адекватная цена. Но в целом всё очень хорошо!

A que hotel NO ir en Roma, La Lumiere de Piazza di Spagna

La ubicación pero, es lo único medianamente confortable que le va quedando al hotel, la mayoría va mejorando y este se quedó en lo mismo sin ninguna mejora en los años que hemos ido

la atención de las personas del backstage y el de recepción. Nos desconocieron la reserva porque según ellos la tarjeta de crédito no aceptó el pago. lo extraño es que fue el único hotel de 3 semanas de viaje que manifestó dicho problema y utilizando la misma tarjeta con todo el resto de los hoteles en los cuales nos quedamos. Escribimos al backstage y no hubo respuesta alguna. Estabamos en otro hotel en Roma, el mismo día de nuestra llegada al hotel nos pidieron confirmáramos la hora de llegada, cosa que hicimos sin embargo al llegar al hotel, nos dicen lo del problema de la tarjeta y que la reserva inicial ya no existe y deben enviarnos a una habitación más pequeña y la última noche enviarnos a otra sucursal del hotel cerca de la estación de trenes cosa que rechazamos porque no me gusta ese barrio. Me toca viajar mucho y nunca había tenido una experiencia así, no fue un tema de Booking si no que solamente de este hotel quien arbitró a su conveniencia las reservas. Nos quedamos sólo una noche y al día siguiente nos fuimos muy desagradados sobre todo con la pésima atención del personal de la recepción en su forma de atender, al punto que nos dijo que nos fueramos a otro lado, un sábado en la noche sin opciones de reserva en otro hotel... . Hablé por teléfono con el administrador quien me gritaba por el teléfono. finalmente por no tener otra opción nos quedamos en ese hotel sólo esa noche. El recepcionista a pesar que mi tarjeta de crédito funcionaba, me exige el pago en efectivo, cosa que estuve obligado a hacer. Al dia siguiente, hoteles de la misma categoría a minutos de este, pasamos muy buenos días ahí y a menor precio, habitaciones más confortables, mejores camas y mejor atención al pasajero y lo más notable es que, la reserva hecha con la misma tarjeta funcionó y pude además pagar con ella... curioso no?
