Pros:

Ça reste un hôtel assez peu cher pour la banlieue parisienne qui est ok dans l'ensemble pour une nuit. Hôtel avec ascenseur. Petite mention spéciale au ventilateur présent en cas de canicule.

Cons:

L'insonorisation (on entend bien les potins.des voisins, même à 1h du matin haha), la salle de bain très étroite, manque de prise à côté du lit.

Pros:

​La posizione è davvero comoda: pur non essendo nel pieno centro di Parigi, permette di raggiungerlo facilmente ed è ideale per chi partecipa al festival Rock en Seine. Il quartiere è super servito, pieno di supermercati, ristoranti e ogni servizio necessario.

Cons:

Soggiorno deludente. Ho prenotato una doppia a letti singoli per un festival con un amico, ma ci hanno dato una singola riadattata con letti attaccati e impossibili da separare per mancanza di spazio. La finestra non si apriva perché sbatteva contro il letto, e il bagno (cieco e privo di aerazione) sembrava quello di un camper. La stanza era sporca, vecchia, impolverata e caldissima.

​Di fronte a queste condizioni invivibili e alla mancata disponibilità di un cambio stanza immediato, sono stato costretto a pagare a prezzo pieno un'ulteriore singola per le tre notti, quindi pagando il doppio del previsto, senza alcun tipo di sconto o attenzione al cliente. Come se non bastasse, ci hanno addebitato circa 20€ per due colazioni, durante una delle quali ho trovato un panino con la muffa (poi rimosso dalla cameriera dopo la mia segnalazione).

​Infine, situazione igienica inaccettabile: i davanzali erano pieni di escrementi di piccione a causa del cortile interno ed è stato necessario tenere la finestra chiusa ad agosto per evitare l'ingresso dei volatili in camera. Nessuna flessibilità e servizio pessimo.

it was nice for being in paris. We would definitely stay there again if it was not that far away from attractions
Pros:

the bed was comfortable and got cleaned every day. There’s a lot of supermarkets and food places around the area

Cons:

The bathroom was not convenient, it was like a port-a-potty more or less. And you had to go downstairs to reception to get actual drinking water cause the one of the bathroom is not nice. And that it was really far away from the attractions and stuff you actually want to see, like the eiffel tower
