Vicinanza stazione, pulizia, mobilio.
Es un piso con una pequeña recepción, habitaciones y mesas para desayunar. Hay personal en recepción las 24 horas, la atención fue muy buena desde antes de llegar. El resguardo de las maletas es de 5 euros por pieza. Muy conveniente para estancias cortas en Roma, ya que está a unos 50 metros de la estación Roma Termini.
Todo estuvo bien.
La limpieza, la ubicación y sobre todo, la atención de la anfitriona y el personal, excelente.
This place was simply terrible, we really regret not just cutting our losses and going elsewhere.
It looks like a proper hotel on the listing, but is instead half of a floor of some random apartment building. There is a tiny lift servicing the whole building, which fits only two people without luggage and is crazily slow.
The soundproofing of the rooms is almost non-existent. Our room opened up directly onto reception, and it was impossible to sleep after about 6:30am due to all the loud talking and crashing of plates from breakfast (also served directly outside the door). One particular staff member was straight up hollering from 6am the day we checked out.
The man covering reception night shift smokes incessantly inside the reception area.
The entire room smelled of urine and was not well cleaned.
The bathroom was just disgusting, we somehow felt dirtier after showering. The shower is tiny, drains extremely poorly, and has a gross shower curtain that touches the bidet but you can’t avoid having touch you while in the shower because it’s so small
Our fresh towels were left sitting on the bidet, so naturally those weren’t able to be used
There is so blanket/duvet. Just a thin sheet. There is a duvet tucked away in a cupboard, but they don’t have a cover for it and given the unclean state of the rest of the place, I don’t expect it is ever washed.
The bed is very hard and uncomfortable, and only one pillow per person. As a pregnant woman, this whole experience (especially sleeping), was intensely uncomfortable.
To top it all off, the room we booked was simply not as pictured. It was about half the size and super dingy.
When I posted a review on Google, they replied and said I hadn’t stayed there. Shady business.

O prédido foi transformado em diversas opções de acomodação. O predio como um todo é muito antigo. O elevador é muito pequeno.
Perfecto para una noche de transbordo al lado de la terminal de trenes. Muy limpio y silencioso para el descanso. El aire hace un ruido un poco molesto pero se tolera. La habitación es chica como en general este tipo de hoteles pero todo muy limpio y con ascensores que no es poco. Te guardan equipaje por €5 la valija una vez hecho el check out. La atención excelente.
