Não permitem colocar itens no frigobar, o que deveria ter sido informado na reserva. Em verdade não é frigobar apenas um ponto de venda já que não podemos utilizar. Senti falta de barra de apoio na banheira.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The hotel was very clean, and our room was comfortable and well maintained. One of the best features is its excellent location—it is within walking distance of all the main historical sites, making it easy to explore the city without relying on public transportation.

Breakfast was included and was very good, with a great selection of both savory and sweet options to suit everyone's tastes.

The staff was exceptionally cordial, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always happy to answer our questions, provide recommendations, and assist us with anything we needed.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that our room was on the first floor, facing the balcony area, so it was quite dark and didn't get much natural light. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor with a regular window, as it would have felt brighter and offered a nicer view. Other than that, everything else about our stay was excellent.
