Mysigt hotell
Pros:

Fantastiskt mysigt och charmigt och familjärt hotell på relativt lugn liten gata. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost. Gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter.

Cons:

Trång långsam hiss. Synd att takbaren hade så begränsade öppettider när vi var där i början av april, trots kanonväder.

Много удобен и чист хотел
Pros:

Закуската е отлична. Чистят се стаите и се сменят кърпите всеки ден. Персонала са изключително любезни и много усмихнати, винаги на разположение. Вечерята е от меню, като пастата и пиците са им фантастични. Уличката е много тиха - няма тълпи и движение на автомобили. На пешеходно разстояние е от почти всички забележителности.

Cons:

Втората част на менюто не е на нивото на първата.

Nice hotel. Great location. Breakfast OK.
Pros:

Great location hotel 10 mins (max) walk from Trevi fountain and the variety of restaurants. No more than 10 mins walk from Spanish steps area.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. A tiny bit tired but not bad. Bathrooms all good.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite basic (in our opinion). Had no hot water one morning due to a boiler issue. It was fixed later in the day. Hey, it happens but man at reception was a bit ‘shruggy’ about it and unapologetic. Minor issue and probably won’t happen again.

Un séjour très agréable
Pros:

Un personnel extrêmement prévenant et attentif.
Une belle localisation qui permet de visiter à pied et/ou de prendre le métro juste à coté.
Une très belle terrasse que malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu utiliser car la méteo n'a pas été au rendez vous.

Excelente.
Pros:

Estamos muy contentos con el hotel: habitaciones amplias, limpias, buen desayuno, pero lo mejor, todo el personal del hotel. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de todo lo importante de Roma y en zona muy segura.

Soggiorno molto deludente.

Ho effettuato il check-in il 30 marzo nella camera 502, ma durante tutto il soggiorno non c'era acqua calda. Questo ha reso impossibile fare la doccia, un servizio base che qualsiasi hotel dovrebbe garantire.

Ho contattato la reception tramite il telefono della camera e mi è stato detto che sarei stato ricontattato, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Sono poi dovuto scendere personalmente alla reception, dove mi è stato detto che un boiler era guasto.

Quando ho chiesto un rimborso o uno sconto per il disagio, mi è stato detto di aspettare il manager il giorno successivo, senza alcuna soluzione immediata. Inoltre, è stato affermato che avevo pagato solo per la stanza e non per servizi essenziali come l'acqua calda, cosa assolutamente inaccettabile.

Esperienza negativa e gestione poco professionale del problema.
