An Amazing Holiday!
Pros:

We had a fantastic holiday from start to finish! On arrival we were met by Jimena who informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite! It was a lovely surprise...beautiful suite overlooking the pool. The pool area was fabulous and everyday the lifeguard went out of his way to help us with sunbeds, umbrella and fresh towels. The restaurant and food was first class. A special mention to Monika and Alfredo for looking after us in the restaurant. ALL of the staff were so friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel is great. Easy walk to the beach and bus stops outside the hotel. It was an amazing holiday! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending. A big thankyou to all of the staff!!

A wonderful vacation for parents and kids!
Pros:

We had such a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They took note of where we usually sat for breakfast and dinner and made sure that the table was set to accomidate my 3 year old daughter (plastic dinnerware and a booster seat). The beach is just nest to the property. They provided all of the necessary equipment to build a perfect sandcastle. The kids club animators were FANTASTIC. So wonderful and kind. My daughter had a wonderful time playing in their floor to ceiling windows space. We will most definitely go back!

A wonderful hotel.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel, with the best staff ever who work so well together as a team. They look after their guests so incredibly well from the minute they arrive, to the minute they leave. The food is absolutely delicious with so much choice and such good quality.
We had the best holiday ever and celebrated my special birthday with lots of memories made to always remember. We will return x

Delicious top-quality dining, caring staff, fantastic child friendly hotel.
Pros:

Very friendly and super helpful staff. Exceptional child friendly hotel. Walking distance to the “town”. Warm water in the indoor pool which is superb during colder months. We were there in March.
I recommend half board as the food is truly delicious and high quality.

Cons:

The dining felt a bit “canteen style”, could get a warmer decor. But otherwise it’s a fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel. One of the best.
Pros:

Clean, beautiful grounds and hotel. Food was incredible. Spa was great. Room was lovely. Beach was lovely. Great service.

Staff were amazing!

Cons:

Nothing, fabulous hotel.

Outside pool could be heated as no one was swimming. I would have loved to swim but it was freezing. I appreciate it's out of season.

Absolutely amazing and very baby friendly
Pros:

From start to finish the staff were excellent, after booking I had a special request and the communication was fast and efficient. Once we got there everyone was just so warm and friendly, the location was great with quick and easy access to the beach, lovely features and it was super clean. The food was amazing and we had a wonderful stay! Thank you to everyone for making it so memorable.

Tolles Hotel, dessen herausragender Service und dessen Essen in sehr positiver Erinnerung bleibt!

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat alle Wünsche (über Mängel im Hotelzimmer, Extras für Babys bis hin zu Rezepten der angebotenen Speisen) schnell und kompetent erfüllt. Die Mischung aus familiär und Privatsphäre wurde außerordentlich gut beherrscht. Sehr professionell!
Das Essen - Frühstück sowie Abendessen - war großartig - frisch, vielfältig und lecker. Die Auswahl war außerordentlich groß. Insbesondere die Obst- und Gemüseauswahl war phantastisch!
