Hervorragendes Hotel in ruhiger Lage am Strand
Pros:

Aussergewöhnliches Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zusätzliches Menueangebot am Abend sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Strandpavillon mit guter Restauration und Meerblick.
Strandlage perfekt. Livemusik am Abend.

Cons:

Vegetarisches Angebot am Abendbuffet gerne noch etwas abwechslungsreicher.( z. B.Tofu)

Sehr gut geführtes sauberes freundliches Hotel

Wir sind erst vor kurzem in Fuerteventura, auf die schönen Bilder in Booking.com eines Hotels in dieser Preisklasse,
" hereingefallen" und waren somit sehr skeptisch, aber dieses Hotel , mit seinem Managment und freundlichem Personal, war mehr als überzeugend und ein Genuß für 14 Tage. Topp Hotel

Excellent experience at this lovely hotel
Pros:

Excellent holiday at this 5 star hotel, where every effort was made by all staff to make our stay the best possible experience. From the beautiful suite we stayed in, to the dining room, bars, spa and lobby areas this hotel is immaculately clean with well maintained planted areas and lovely pool. Access to the beach with its wide expanse of white sand is very simple and the bistro has views directly to the sea. But what makes this hotel so special is the staff. Every member we encountered was kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I find travelling abroad challenging due to a medical condition / multiple food intolerances, but it was no problem here! The chefs prepared my food separately and despite the limited ingredients which I am able to tolerate every meal was tasty and beautifully presented. I was made to feel very welcome, safe and confident in the restaurant. A special mention to Diego and the chefs, Jimmy, Danny, our server Anka and Laura and Paola on reception. And thanks to ALL the staff we could not name, they are like a big, happy family. We will most definitely try to return to this hotel!

Personnel exceptionnel et très attentionné, infrastructures de grande qualité avec un spa formidable
Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’attention du personnel durant tout le séjour. L’équipe est vraiment à l’écoute, aux petits soins et toujours prête à rendre service, ce qui rend l’expérience très agréable et chaleureuse.

Les infrastructures de l’hôtel sont également de grande qualité. Le spa est tout simplement formidable : un vrai moment de détente dans un cadre très agréable.

Enfin, l’accès à la plage privée est un vrai plus, qui permet de profiter pleinement du bord de mer dans des conditions idéales.

Cons:

Honnêtement, j’ai beau chercher, je ne vois pas vraiment de point négatif à mentionner. L’hôtel était tellement agréable et les services tellement complets que nous n’avons même pas ressenti le besoin d’en sortir pendant le séjour.

Je ne peux donc pas vraiment me prononcer sur l’environnement autour de l’hôtel, puisque nous avons surtout profité des infrastructures et du confort sur place, qui étaient excellents.

Perfekt + gerne wieder.
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war von Ankunft bis Abreise perfekt. Äußerst zuvorkommendes Personal in allen Bereichen (Rezeption, Restaurant, Bar, Service, … ). Das gebuchte Zimmer (2 Räume + 2 Bäder) übertraf unsere Erwartungen und genauso das Frühstück. Es war stets für alles gesorgt, auch im Spa-Bereich. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mir hat alles gefallen. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, das Hotel hat eine fantastische Lage, das Personal war überdurchschnittlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück und Abendessen war unglaublich lecker. Der Fitnessraum war super ausgestattet mit Geräten von Technogym, das Schwimmbad war auch sehr schön. Ich habe die 6 Tage im Hotel so sehr genossen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr aufmerksames gutgelauntes Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend. Upgrade auf Zimmer mit Balkon und seitlichen Meerblick bekommen. Fantastisch.
Frühstück und Abendessen reichhaltig und hochwertig. Wellnessbereich sauber und schön.

Vorbildlich, empfehlenswert, außergewöhnlich.
Pros:
