Great location! The hotel is within easy walking distance of both the Colosseum (about 10 minutes down the road) and the Trevi Fountain. From the end of the street, you can even catch a glimpse of the top of the Colosseum.
Our room faced the opposite side of the street and was completely quiet at night, which was surprisingly peaceful given how lively Rome is. As a result, we had a very good night's sleep.

I stayed in a room in a separate building across the street - it is just an apartment next to other tenants. It is quiet and very well-located, as the Colosseum is just a 2-minute walk away.
The room has a fridge and a safe.
The breakfast consists of a yogurt and a plate with bread, cheese, and meat, although the coffee machine is great. I did not see anything in the main building, but apparently they have a terrace.
The place is so tiny that there is not even a chair, just a bed and a closet. The furnishings are very dated and cheap, the window is small, and the view is of a brick wall just a few meters away. There is a slight smell in the bathroom.
The room is clean, but the doorknobs are not pleasant to touch.

It was close and convenient to so many places in Rome.
The water in the sink/shower was always scalding hot - no cold or in between.

La stanza in cui sono stato era piccola e con arredi datati, che danno un'impressione generale di trascuratezza: per un 3 stelle ci si aspetta qualcosa di più curato.
L'insonorizzazione è praticamente inesistente: dalla stanza si sente chiaramente ogni parola delle conversazioni nella camera accanto, il che compromette sia il riposo che la privacy.
La colazione è un'altra nota dolente: scelta molto limitata e orario di inizio troppo tardivo, scomodo per chi vuole sfruttare la giornata o ha impegni lavorativi; inoltre dal distributore delle bevande sono usciti insetti direttamente nel bicchiere.
Nel complesso il rapporto qualità-prezzo non convince e difficilmente tornerò.

Frühstück nur von 8-10 Uhr, sehr einfach. Zimmer sehr klein und nicht sehr sauber. Personal sehr unterschiedlich, größtenteils nicht sehr freundlich.
Beliggenheden var helt perfekt ift. colosseum.
Sengene var ikke de bedste, men fungerede fint til prisen.
The location was excellent! Walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was decent- not much variety.
The room was very small and the bathroom was very outdated, mould in the shower and smelt musky. But the room was clean. The price reflects the location convenience not the quality of hotel.
