Maria at front desk was very helpful.

The staff was friendly and the room and location were excellent. Unfortunately, I was met with pretty consistent noise at all hours of the day and night, including from outside through the closed window, as well as from the staff in the halls. I was awoken and kept up, and a couple times thought there were people in my room from the staff's louder musings in the hall.

מלון ממוקם ממש במרכז. ליד הגראן ויה ופוארטו דל סול. הכל קרוב העל ברגל. היינו 3 בחדר,מיטות יחיד. קטן אבל מספיק כי היינו בו רק למקלחת ושינה. צוות אדיב ביותר.עוזר ומייעץ בכל מה שצריך.
מזגן לא נכי הכי אבל מספיק.

Monica at the desk was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
Towel racks, bathroom mirror and clothes hangers were too high except for very tall people. Need soap dish in bathroom.

The only good thing is the location.
It’s a tired hotel that needs a total upgrade to a minimum 3 star standard (it’s says it’s already 3 stars!!)
There are allot of prostitutes working at the door of the hotel, as well as the homeless. The air conditioning in the room is not very good a Madrid is a very hot 39c.
The housekeeping is very noisy at 7am with all the banging, and talking and laughing. Most people on our floor had the do not disturb sign on the doors.

The good:
-Steps from Gran Via metro, lots of shops and restaurants.
-Incredibly friendly staff.
-Amazing shower pressure.

The bad:

-Hotel is in the middle of a tourist area so there are constantly thongs of people everywhere.
-You can hear everything outside the room, either in the hall or outside on the street.
-Rooms don't have coffee machines or kettles (but you can ask for a kettle).

Very comfortable and well located, with lots of great bars and restaurants right nearby. Also surprisingly quiet. Great desk staff: very helpful.

Todo el personal con quien tuve la oportunidad de interactuar fué muy atento y profesional. La ubicación en el centro de todo lo hace ideal para acceder a todos los puntos de interés. El precio también bastante bueno.
Un aspecto negativo es en el baño que siguen una tendencia generalizada de colocar una mampara en la bañera que solo cubre la mitad y al bañarse se salpica todo el baño, haciendo un desastre y es peligroso también.

Good location.

Best walkable location in the Sol. A little noisy at night, but that made it more exciting. Very safe location located 1 min from police station. We only used a taxi one time over a four days and three nights.

The staff at the property is very friendly and the location is unbelievable!

ótima localização. Taxi deixa e busca na porta com preço promocional da zona hoteleira.

Rua movimentada e barulho, como já esperado.

2 camas de solteiro juntas ao invés de casal ficavam abrindo.

Café da manhã razoável. Poucas opções de frutas e algumas já passadas.

Preço do hotel não foi condizente com a estadia, apesar da localização que é o ponto forte.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la gran vía, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. A pesar de estar en el medio del bullicio, no se escuchaba nada en el cuarto. Excelente servicio por parte del personal. Todos muy amables.

The mattress is the best if you want to rest! It is in the busiest zone in Madrid but the room was really quiet.

You are 5 min from Sol and Gran Via and 30 min by foot everywhere.
