Perfect location to explore the city.
Friendly staff.
Decent breakfast.
We arrived very early and very exhausted in the morning after a long haul flight and the lovely lady at the front desk arranged an early check in. I do not remember her name, but it was the Spanish equivalent of ‘Iris’. She also gave us a lot of her time explaining how to get to the various places we wanted to visit. Much appreciated!

Cons:

A tad outdated- could do with some refurbishment.

Como dije solo un par de noches.
Pros:

La atención del staff. Muy atentas las chicas . Igualmente la chica Cubana del desayuno encantadora. El desayuno bastante bien,..satisfactorio.

Cons:

La habitacion aceptable, baño incómodo.. buena presion de agua
el hotel bien para un par de noches. Zona muy concurrida a toda hora.. cercano a gran via y Sol (en estos momentos con la acampada...buee)

Dobar hotel sa najboljom lokacijom preporucujem.
Pros:

Sve je bilo kako treba ali lokacija je najbolja moguca u Madridu

Cons:

Pomocni krevet neudoban bas i mali ali ja sam 195 cm. a krevet je ne vise od 190 pa verovatno zbog toga. ali sve ostalo je bilo bas dobro cisto i lokacija najbolja moguca.

Good but we would have preferred a different room location.

Cons:

How noise the street was at night. We wish we would have gotten an interior room. There is police station near by and the sirens and the people parting woke us up several times every night, even with the window close, which we would have preferred to keep it open.
