Tolle Lage und sehr nettes Personal vor Ort.

Cons:

Online Check ist raubt eine Menge Energie und hat bei uns nicht wirklich funktioniert. Die Online Rezeption ist auch eine Katastrophe: Antworte kommen sporadisch, teilweise wenig hilfreich. Eine richtige Ansprechperson vor Ort fehlt. Fahrräder können nirgends untergestellt werden - das ist sehr schade, da Mallorca ja eine wahre „Fahrradinsel“ ist. Das ist das erste Mal jemals dass ich damit Probleme hatte und das Hotel absolut nicht kooperativ war - sehr schade.

Het uitzicht was echt prachtig!

Cons:

Er is geen receptie en ook geen personeel op de lokatie. Dus inchecken kan alleen via de telefoon. Verder hadden we gevraagd om twee bedden. Die hadden we niet gekregen, sterker nog we moesten zelfs het dekbed delen. Pas na veel klagen en volhouden konden we uiteindelijk zelf (!) een extra dekbed uit een kast ergens halen.
Het personeel bij het ontbijt was wel erg vriendelijk.

Pros:

Verschrikkelijk personeel, opgelicht. Geinformeerd of het mogelijk was om te zetten naar een twee persoonskamer omdat de plannen waren gewijzigd. Via Booking aangevraagd of het kon en zeiden dat het mogelijk was - echter een adertje onder het gras MITS het mogelijk was… je raad het al we kwam daar aan het stond er een 90cm bed voor twee personen… geen geld terug geen andere opties… PURE OPLICHTERIJ

Zimmer minimalistisch, jedoch stilvoll eingerichtet. Lage mega gut. Blick nach hinten auf den Pool und in die Berge schauend.

Cons:

Bett sehr winzig für 2 Erwachsen
Alles klein und fein, aber wir hatten Zimmer 2 und es war sehr hellhörig. Wir haben die Eingangstür bis tief in die Nacht jedes Mal knallen hören (jeweils 2 x Krachen). An erholsamen Schlaf war da leider nicht zu denken. Frühstück OK aber sehr überschaubar.

Sehr schönes Haus! Die Übermittlung des Check-in-Codes hat nicht geklappt, so dass der Check-in etwas abenteuerlich war… zum Glück kam ein Gast, sonst wäre ich nicht gleich in das Haus gekommen…
Zimmer modern und sauber, aber das Einzelzimmer SEHR spartanisch.

Ok, not great - cant recommend as the virtual check-in and prepayment totally ruined it for us.
Pros:

Comfy bed, good bathroom, nice pool.

Cons:

No soundproofing and room was on ground floor next to the door which meant a very disruptive nights sleep. Could hear other guests in their rooms.

Breakfast was very average - coffee isn’t great, choice is very limited. Would have expected a lot more for the price.

The virtual check-in a pre-payment is horrible - they need to reconsider how they approach this as for this reason alone we could never recommend it.
