Pros:

Schön war die venezianische Ausstattung unseres Zimmers, die unmittelbare Nähe zum Wasser, zu guten Restaurants…
Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar. Das Check-in war unkompliziert, obwohl wir erst spät ankamen.
Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Everything was as the photo suggested, a lot of places looks deceive, but not this place I would stay again for Sure.

A Venetian experience you will cherish!

The most sensational apartment ever!
The green room with stunning terrazzo flooring & murano glass light fittings…it was incredible! Location was fab & easy from train station too. The bar downstairs is fun & the guys were lovely. It’s worth the $$$.

Cons:

Only that I was having a well earned sleep in & at 9.30 I had a knock at the door & the keys started to unlock it…I had to yell as was not ready for anyone. Check out is 10.30.

Pokój jest bardzo blisko kanału i przystanku tramwaju wodnego.
Na dworzec kolejowy idzie się od niego maksymalnie 10min.
W hotelu obok można zostawić bagaże i skorzystać z łazienki przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu.
Pokój czysty, był czajnik i ekspres do kawy.
Klimatyzacja działa rewelacyjnie.

Cons:

W pokoju okno wychodzi na ścianę innego budynku, więc nie dociera do niego żadne światło słoneczne.
Jest w nim po prostu ciemno, nawet w środku dnia.

Очень удобное расположение в шаговой доступности от ЖД вокзала. Милейшая гостиница, оформленная в типичном венецианском стиле Невероятная чистота, очень приятно было ходить босиком. 100 % рекомендация! Мы прилетели в Венецию в 1.30 ночи и нас без проблем заселили, мы забрали ключ и зарегистрировались в соседнем отеле Леон, находящемся по пути в 200 метрах от нашего отеля, где ресепшн работает 24 часа.

The hotel was fantastic and exactly what we wanted from our accommodations in Venice!
Pros:

The hotel was very quiet, comfortable, and safe. The location along the canal was beautiful. Check-in via the nearby Leone Hotel was quick and easy and staff was very friendly. Air conditioning worked well during extremely high outside temperatures.

Cons:

Accessing the property via walking from the train or bus station requires crossing the large Guglie Bridge that could be difficult for some individuals, especially with luggage.
