heel goed hotel, dicht bij concertgebouw én het centrum van Brugge...
Pros:

Bedoeling : een voorstelling in het concertgebouw bijwonen met schoonbroer/schoonzus. Alles is prima verlopen..!!!
Bijzonder vriendelijk & behulpzaam personeel. Ligging is uiteraard uitstekend! Na treinrit kon bagage in hotel achterblijven. Ontbijt was echt goed & meer dan voldoende. Het was een te renoveren kamer maar voldeed aan ons verwachtingen. We zijn allen tevreden naar huis getreind !

Pas super du tout.
Pros:

Le lit est confortable, personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Photo mensongère, chambre pas isolée il fait très très froid. Radiateur qui ne fonctionne pas donc chauffrette électrique demandée au réceptionniste. Eau de la douche qui met 30 minutes à chauffer avant d’être moyennement chaude. On entends tout les bruits extérieurs ainsi que ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres. Réveillé depuis 5h du matin par le boucan dehors et à l’intérieur de l’hôtel.

The girl in reception was amazing and help us giving us some information about what to do in the city. ❤️

The room though was very bad nothing to do with the photo , the only good thing was that the bathroom was only new and clean. The room was very bad though.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, una señora mayor que trabajaba en el hotel fue muy descortes con nosotros. Fue tanto que estuvimos a punto de buscar otro hotel. Cuando uno llega de un viaje lo mínimo que desea es que donde te reciban, por lo menos te digan buenos días y te expliquen un poco cómo funciona la estadía.
Luego nos atendió un chico llamado Leo que fue muy agradable y mejoró mucho la experiencia.

Fortunately the great staff and breakfast made up for what would have been a disappointing stay.
Pros:

The staff were good, the breakfast was good, the location was good, however, the room really was poor. Renovation work was in progress so hopefully it’ll improve for future guests. The room was long overdue for a major overhaul. The stairs from the ground floor were extremely steep so anyone with mobility issues would struggle. There was also very little sound insulation between the room we stayed in and the room above which was quite a disturbance.

The room was poor. Long overdue for renovation. The bathroom was better but had low water pressure so not a great shower.

Hotel renovasyon aşamasında, içerisi toz ve inşaat malzemeleri doluydu. Bu haldeyken nasıl konaklama yapıyorlar şaşırtıcı doğrusu. Girişteki merdiven korkunç, valizle çıkılması inanılmaz zor. Odalar çok soğuk, birkaç defa dile getirmeme rağmen hiçbir şey yapılmadı. En kötü otel deneyimim bu oldu.

Cons:

resepsiyon başka bir yerde, otel inşaat alanı, inanılmaz toz vardı ve çok soğuktu ama talep etmeme rağmen herhangi bir ısınma çalıştırılmadı.

Very disappointing, I wouldn't recommend & I wouldn't go back

The location was good.

Cons:

The hotel was not what I was expecting. First, when you get to the location, it doesn't say Hotel Leopold, so you think you got scammed.
It is not a hotel, at least not yet.
On the day that I arrived, I received a message saying that I had to go to another location for the check in (that was just a couple of minutes walking from the "hotel"), when I got there, there wasn't anyone at the reception (this was in the middle of the day).
When one the staff finally appeared, they didn't check our documents or anything (We arrived before the check in time, we just wanted to leave our suitcases there), they showed us where to leave our suitcases and backpacks and left. There was no key for the room where all the suitcases and backpacks were left, which is weird and felt unsafe.
Later on, we went back to finally do the check in and once again there was nobody at the reception. The staff who checked us in was friendly. When we got to the "hotel" where we were staying, it was very disappointing, the stairs are very small and old.
The room was big and clean, but the TV is positioned in a very weird place (not in front of the bed), the heater doesn't work properly and the bathroom was very dark.
I wouldn't recommend and I wouldn't go back there.
