Pros:

Central location but also very quiet.

Cons:

Loose power socket which was dangerous for baby, torn bedsheets, broken light fittings, TV didn't work, cooker light didn't work. Shower drain clogged. No toaster provided.

Muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, está en el centro, zona tranquila y cerca de la estación.

Cons:

Le falta un poco de limpieza en el baño, la TV no funcionaba y varios enchufes tampoco, el hotel está en obras, pero no ha sido molesto.
La cama era cómoda y las almohadas también.

Cons:

Les clés doivent être récupérées dans une auberge de jeunesse. Sur place, personne ne parle français et l’anglais est très limité. L’établissement est géré par des adolescents.

La chambre familiale est vétuste et nécessiterait clairement un rafraîchissement. Aucun thé ni café n’est proposé dans la chambre. La télévision ne fonctionne pas, les draps présentaient des taches et la douche était bouchée.

Concernant le petit déjeuner, il doit être pris dans un autre établissement… mais cela est très mal expliqué. Nous avons dû nous rendre à l’auberge de jeunesse, attendre jusqu’à 8h40, pour finalement être redirigés vers un autre endroit.

Et pour couronner le tout, nous avions demandé un petit déjeuner sans allergènes lors de la réservation, mais cette demande n’a pas été respectée.

À ce jour, nous n’avons toujours aucune nouvelle de l’établissement concernant le remboursement du petit déjeuner que nous n’avons pas pu prendre.

La ubicacion lo mejor del lugar.

Cons:

Estaban realizando una modificacion, por lo que habia personas trabajando y no lo habian mencionado.
Ofrecen servicios para la llegada que a nosotros no nos dieron.
No habia personal en el lugar, ya que se encontraba en otra ubicacion.

heel goed hotel, dicht bij concertgebouw én het centrum van Brugge...
Pros:

Bedoeling : een voorstelling in het concertgebouw bijwonen met schoonbroer/schoonzus. Alles is prima verlopen..!!!
Bijzonder vriendelijk & behulpzaam personeel. Ligging is uiteraard uitstekend! Na treinrit kon bagage in hotel achterblijven. Ontbijt was echt goed & meer dan voldoende. Het was een te renoveren kamer maar voldeed aan ons verwachtingen. We zijn allen tevreden naar huis getreind !

Pros:

Le lit est confortable, personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Photo mensongère, chambre pas isolée il fait très très froid. Radiateur qui ne fonctionne pas donc chauffrette électrique demandée au réceptionniste. Eau de la douche qui met 30 minutes à chauffer avant d’être moyennement chaude. On entends tout les bruits extérieurs ainsi que ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres. Réveillé depuis 5h du matin par le boucan dehors et à l’intérieur de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, una señora mayor que trabajaba en el hotel fue muy descortes con nosotros. Fue tanto que estuvimos a punto de buscar otro hotel. Cuando uno llega de un viaje lo mínimo que desea es que donde te reciban, por lo menos te digan buenos días y te expliquen un poco cómo funciona la estadía.
Luego nos atendió un chico llamado Leo que fue muy agradable y mejoró mucho la experiencia.
