Pros:

The entire finca is an absolute gem. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is amazing. You sit on a terrace with a breathtaking view. In general the quality of the food is very high. This was our second stay in the finca and it was simply wonderful! We will definitely return.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this finca as a family of three. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The views were beautiful, everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel truly at home. It would be lovely if there was something for a child to make the stay a bit more special, but overall we had a fantastic time and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Pros:

O quarto e a casa de banho eram lindíssimos, as refeições absolutamente divinais, o atendimento top! A piscina é óptima e tem todas as comodidades disponíveis (espreguiçadeiras, serviço de bar, casas de banho).

Cons:

O colchão e as almofadas são pouco confortáveis, muito duros na nossa opinião.

Closer to a bed and breakfast (or boutique rural stay) rather than a full-service hotel.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The pool and mountain views were beautiful, and the location was very quiet and secluded — perfect for relaxing. The food was homemade and quite good; we enjoyed a few of the evening meals during our stay.

I also appreciated that when I was unwell, the staff kindly delivered food to our room. I was told this was an exception, though we were still charged the full room service fees. My point is that while the hotel is accommodating, sometimes a small gesture without an extra cost — as some other hotels offer — can make guests feel truly cared for.

Cons:

The bed was large, but the mattress was sunken and uncomfortable, and really needs to be replaced.
It’s worth noting that the hotel is quite remote, so you’ll need to plan ahead for any supplies or local amenities. There is an on-site restaurant, but service is limited outside its regular hours. I’ve stayed in other star-rated hotels, and while Finca advertises itself as one, this aspect felt lacking.

The hotel is also missing some small touches that could make a big difference. For example, a kitchenette or even a simple coffee maker and regularly replenished water would make the stay more convenient. We received one complimentary bottle of water and a bottle of wine, which we exchanged for two bottles of water since we don’t drink. Each time we ordered room service, there was an additional delivery charge, which quickly adds up.

Es war alles sehr gut, selten so ein Urlaub gehabt.
Essen, Frühstück, Ausstattung und Natur ums Hotel einfach unglaublich.

Pros:

Море удовольствия от уединения. Персонал очень внимательный, завтраки вкусные с локальными продуктами, расположение просто восторг, сложно было покидать отель.

Cons:

окна нашего номера выходили на кухню. иногда хотелось дольше поспать но шум и разговоры персонала заставляли просыпаться( это мелочь но мешало 100%му удовольствию.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Absolut ruhige Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider war es nicht möglich zum Abendessen a la carte zu essen, da nur ein 3-Gänge Menü erhältlich war(oder Pizza und Spaghetti mit Tomatensauce). Der Pool war sehr klein und nicht wirklich zum schwimmen geeignet. Die Anfahrt ist sehr mühsam und nicht viel Zeit in Anspruch.
