Pros:

Absolutely everything was amazing. Staff very helpful and kind, cleanliness perfect, food delicious, there was literally nothing to complain about. The views were breathtaking and the experience of the mountains on another level.

Cons:

There was literally nothing that I didn't like. It was one of the best places I've stayed in. Totally recommend it.

The staff are brilliant. You feel part of the group from the moment you arrive. The story that is shared about the location was part of making the experience so special.

The service was great, the team learn about you fast and get to know your preferences. The rooms are fantastic and the location is better that it looks in the photos!

100% recommended.

Cons:

Hard to pick anything out, I would have appreciated a little more variety in the menu. And fresh juice, smoothies, blend options

Pros:

De kamer was smaakvol ingericht en ruim. Het ontbijt en diner waren voortreffelijk en geserveerd op het terras met een prachtig uitzicht.
Het zwembad was de hele dag open en een aangename plek om in de namiddag/begin avond te verblijven.

Cons:

Geen familiale sfeer. Allemaal vroendelijkr jonge medewerkers maar niet duidelijk wie de eigenaar was.

My room was lovely, but above the dining area and you could hear the automated door opening and closing every morning once breakfast service started.

A tranquil retreat
Pros:

Set in a beautiful, quiet, tranquil location like nothing I’ve experienced before. The staff were tentative (just the act of remembering guest’s name feels personable), the food amazing and the rooms spacious, clean and so very well designed.

I loved the room decor and small details like the matching bed, fabrics and pillows, down to the silky soft hand wash and moisturiser. The quality of the rooms and its features are really well thought out and no expense was spared on this detail, which I truly appreciated.

The estate also produces its own olive oil and honey which is delicious - we had a chance to buy some at check out.

I also loved how we would choose our evening meal during breakfast that same day. My husband and I really looked forward to the surprise of what was on the menu that evening.

We will be recommending the Finca to friends and family and look forward to returning one day. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

With particular thanks to Maria and Daniel who were so friendly and tentative. I wish I could name all of the staff - they were all fantastic (we just don’t catch all of their names unfortunately).

Would definitely stay again. An absolute gem of a place to stay in Mallorca.
Pros:

Incredible location up in the hills. Very peaceful and idyllic. We could totally rest and relax. The food and staff were incredible. Excellent food, everything homemade and just delicious. Service was extremely good and staff v helpful.

Cons:

The pillow were a bit too hard for our liking. Only fault we could find.
