Lovely rooms: Very, very comfy beds & plenty space. Cleaners were great & came everyday.
Staff: All are lovely, always smiling & very polite.
Restaurants: I did struggle at times, for a 4* it wasnt great for many options. Pool bar food also not great. My only negative from this hotel.
Area: 10 min walk to a few bars, supermarket, pharmacy etc.. Taxi 4 mins get you to the square which has more bars & restaurants. About 5 euros & reception will book.

No umbrellas around the pool so remember your hats for a bit shade.

I had a really enjoyable stay at BLUESEA Costa Bastian and I can honestly say that the value for money is excellent. The hotel is very close to the airport, which made travelling easy and convenient from the moment we arrived. Even though the hotel is older, the level of cleanliness was absolutely outstanding — everything was extremely well maintained, from the rooms to all the common areas. Cleanliness clearly comes first here, and it truly shows.

The staff were another major highlight of our stay: experienced, professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The entertainment programme was very enjoyable and created a lovely atmosphere throughout the holiday. The food was tasty and well prepared. While the selection was not huge, everything we tried was fresh and enjoyable, which mattered more to us than endless variety.

The entertainment programme was also excellent, with very enjoyable live music and activities that created a lovely atmosphere throughout the holiday. It added a special touch to the evenings and made the overall experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.

We also really appreciated the facilities offered on the day of departure. Even after checking out early, we were still able to shower and change comfortably before leaving for the airport. On top of that, we were allowed to continue enjoying the all-inclusive service until later in the afternoon, which was a wonderful gesture and made the last day far more relaxing.

If I return to Lanzarote, I would definitely choose this hotel again. It is the perfect place for people who want a pleasant, clean, and comfortable holiday without spending a fortune on luxury accommodation. For the price paid, the experience exceeded expectations.

Reality is an 4 star hotel is 1 number lower ,even a 5 star hotel theses days look like 4 star .If you are staying less than 4 nights ,recommended ,no complain .Longer than 4 nights is on you . If you are leaving before the chef arrive (at 0600) you wont have breakfast prepared for your trip ,if arrive after dinner ,let me tell ,is a joke , a cold sandwich ,an apple and water ,after hours in plane that what they provide. Coming from London ,4 hours flying ,to give me an apple ...and they look they did well," here an sandwich "
Swimming pool , unless you have a skin of shark ,might not even once going inside ,is cold ,cold ,so forget thinking you will swim ,in 3 nights ,myself and maybe 4 more people went inside ,the kids enjoy off course ,The swimming pool got timer ...from 9 until maybe 6 pm ,after breakfast ,we need to wait for the pool guy ,jokes ! It is a 3 star ,the food isn't always warm but nice , the people working are very nice ,need and deserve pay rise.
My room was cleaned everyday and got a lot of space ,is a plus on that .
Please ,take some coins with you ,is important ,even all inclusive ,some drinks need be paid ,the cup need a deposit of £1 ,the bar close at 2300 ...another joke since we want enjoy until late since we can do in holidays ,they stop your joy with charges ..

Great hotel with clean rooms, Great food and friendly staff. Great view from room and cleaners daily. Lots of choice at meal times and something for everyone. Evening entertainment by team mainly but fun. Trips booked in shop in hotel. Pool bar excellent. We went all inclusive and were very happy. Main town 15 minute walk or €45 taxi.
Lovely glass elevators - although only one worked all week.
Only down side was plastic seating everywhere (craved a soft seat lol) and could also do with a back gate as bus stops out there but have to walk all the way around.

Very nice place, clean, food good would book again

We had a lovely relaxing break at this hotel, the room was on the top floor and faced the pool and gave a sea view (room 323) large beds, good room facilities and very clean, the cleaning staff were very good and respectful. The pool area and bar were good, plenty of sun beds and a life guard was always present, we would of liked access to sun parasols. Our only down grade was for the All Inclusive drinks, not good quality but the beer which was San Miguel was good. Also the food was hit and miss, some lunch and dinnertimes were disappointing, however there were always choices and sometimes it was really good, the roast chicken, large prawns and always soup, a pasta dish and plenty of vegetables, salads and fruit. All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel would benefit from providing an exit route from the rear as this is the route to shops, the sea front and bus stops. Overall a lovely holiday in a clean, well managed hotel. About a 20/25min walk to the main resort along the coastal path, taxi was 4 euros each way, the hotel has mobility scooters available to hire including tandam scooters.

Terrible place to stay. Zero for service, zero for food, zero for cleanliness. The food is terrible, dishes are always dirty. Parking space is extremely limited. Service is extremely bad. Rooms are dirty, heating doesn't work and extremely unfriendly and non supportive staff.
Waste of money, time and efforts.

Les lieux sont dépaysants immédiatement on se sent en vacances.
La nourriture fait l’affaire mais pour les fins gourmets passez votre chemin, ça reste très basique et répétitif si c’est pour un petit budget et une charge mentale à mettre à zéro alors c’est parfait !
La piscine magnifique dommage qu’elle ne soit pas chauffer pour en profiter pleinement, nous sommes en avril il fait bon mais le vent refroidit nettement, ce pour là bien dommage !!
Le all inclusive est quand même limité, les cocktails c’est une sorte par jour autrement c’est payant, le snacking de 10h à 17h de quoi faire un petit sandwich jambon fromage c’est tout.
Globalement nous sommes contents de notre séjour.

Las instalaciones están bastante bien y se aparca fácil en el entorno. Personal muy amable. Buffet está bien, sobre todo me pilló en época con bastante restricciones de alimentos y no tuve problema.
