STEPHANE l animateur parlait le francais et etait d une gentilesse toujours la pour nous guider tres professionnel
ainsi CARMEN a la réception qui ne parlait pas francais mais avait toujours un petit
geste a notre égard

We felt genuinely cared for and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended to anyone.

Walking distance to the pedestrian zone to walk after the dinner - doable but not that near

Great price great little

Taxi 20 euros too airport 4 euros too town beach good 25 mins walk away ,great hotel very clean great price bright modern rooms
No probllem
With sunbeds food is good not a massive selection definatley enough , for the price you pay for this hotel you can be all inclusive however still eat out overall experience great would recommend

Not a four star hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is definitely not a four star. I would rate it a 3 star (at a push).
Previously stopped in the Barcelo Costa Teguise which I would describe as a real 4 star hotel.

However, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Kettle and coffee maker provided.

The pool was a lovely size with a few slides, but worn and tired. No parasols.

Food let the place down. Definitely not 4 star. Not many choices. Nothing seemed very hot. Poor cheap meat. What I would class as "slop" - nothing looked appetising so ate out after the first evening.
At breakfast the "Bacon" was very fatty and the fried eggs were still raw.

The location was way out of the centre. Good 30 minute walk or a taxi ride for between €4 and €6.

Didn't pay much for the week. Get what you pay for. Ok if you want a budget break.

Ignor the negative reviews.
Pros:

So clean. Great for kids. Brekki not so good. My mum is staying here, I came to visit. She stayed in a disability room which was really nice. Staff are lovely and friendly. We were expecting the worst after reading the negative reviews. Very pleasantly surprised. Few niggly bits but hey, well worth the money. Outside the hotel the pavements are not so good for mobility scooters, rely on taxis instead, they are cheap.

Hôtel parfaitement situé pour visiter l'île avec de nombreuses places de parking gratuites à proximité. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est disponible et agréable.
