A great place for a week in Lanzarote
Pros:

Room quiet, clean and comfortable. Serviced each day. Very comfortable beds. Comfy seats on the balcony.
Excellent choice of fresh food at breakfast. Lovely coffee. Tables cleared quietly and efficiently, so always easy to find a table.
Lovely pool area but could get a bit busy when the sun is out. The sheltered sun bed area handy on windy days.
Bus stop, supermarket and good restaurants all a short walk away.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok but dinner was excellent for hotel food..but was a bit like a canteen… hotel was a bit isolated for restaurants cafes etc..it was a 15/20 min walk to nearest one..

Cons:

Entertainment wasn’t good..and it was a long walk to dining room and to go outside on sunbedsif you want to relax and go on sunbeds it’s fine

Isla muy bonita,hotel aprobado justito
Pros:

El buffet justito,la decoración de la habitación fuera de lugar y la limpieza escasa(en 4 días no nos cambiaron ni las toallas)

Pros:

El buffet muy rico y variado en cuanto a elecciones de platos en desayuno, comida y cena. Es un hotel cómodo y bien ubicado. No se puede fumar en la piscina y tumbonas, solo en la zona de fumadores. El personal es muy amable y la animación es buena, aunque sí falta información de las actividades de las tardes o del uso de instalaciones como el minigolf, que descubrimos dando un paseo. Las camas son cómodas, aunque sí mejoraría las almohadas.

Cons:

La limpieza deficiente: en la encimera del baño había una uña que alguien se habría cortado previamente, polvo acumulado de semanas en algunas zonas del baño como la cisterna o pegado al cristal de la bañera, el hervidor de agua de no limpiarlo nunca ni usarlo tenía polvo en el filtro y la cafetera con polvo también desde el momento que entramos. No incluye aparcamiento dentro del hotel gratis, y eso que era marzo y había pocos huéspedes. El agua caliente de la ducha apenas salía caliente y pasas frío duchándote.

Personnels très sympa hôtel bien situé location voiture très bien navette aéroport 👍buffet a volonté ça dépend des goûts de chacuns mais je suis jamais sorti table sans avoir faim domage on attendait une paellas animation sympa tous les jours merci a Stéphane et son équipe 👍

Cons:

Attention en all inclusiv beaucoup gens charge comme des mules et quand ils remontent en chambre font beaucoup bruit mais ça c est l éducation hôtel ni peux rien hélas

Buffet food warm. No business centre and couldn't download boarding pass for printing. No convenient public transport on doorstep. Way out of town centre. Big expanse open plan hotel No wind traps. Balcony of my room no sun.

El personal de recepción

Cons:

La limpieza. Pedimos que nos recargaran los geles de la bañera y cuando volvimos teníamos dos pisotones en la bañera de haber pisado con zapatos de la calle para recargar los geles.

Esto como ejemplo… pero hubo varias de este tipo
