Ok for a short stay
Pros:

Very clean, rooms were spacious, reception staff were great. Entertainment was good.

Cons:

The food was hit and miss, breakfast good, had to ask for ice cream, have to remember to have some cash to get plastic cup for drinks.

El trato de los trabajadores fue excepcional, tanto el de recepción, como camareros (mención especial a Roberto y Adam) y limpieza. La ubicación es perfecta y por la noche hay variedad de actividades. Volveremos sin duda. Fueron unas vacaciones geniales

Not a bad base but needs lots of improvements
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable
My daughter liked the slides at the kids pool.
Quality of all inclusive drinks were good.

Cons:

Pools were freezing. Should have heated in autumn and winter months.
Food was very repetitive and cold. Not a very good selection of choices.
Entertainment was very basic
Not enough tables and chairs for evening Entertainment.
Had no hot water for 3 nights so had to have cold showers
