It was good value for money, always something to eat, even if not huge amounts of variety

Cons:

Entertainment was only ok. Pool and sunbeds not available until 10 which is quite late, cheap alcohol brands that were like paint stripper apart from the beer and gin (but had to ask for small gin), couldn't move the lower garden sunbeds when the pool sunbeds ran out

Lokalizacja kiepska i niezbyt bezpieczna ze wzgledu na te opuszczone budynki obok hotelu to bardzo straszy.
Co do sprzatania to mielismy jedno sorzatanie bylo kiepskie,brak zelu pid prysznic,brak kawy, cukru,herbaty,widac było,ze tylko było lozko zascielone i wzięte śmieci i reczniki,a i brak ręczników,wiec kolejnego sprzątania nie chcielismy.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and pool areas that were large enough that they never felt overcrowded. The food was good for an all-inclusive resort—not particularly fancy, but there was a decent selection and everything we tried was tasty. Overall, an enjoyable stay with good facilities and a relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

Bed wasn't comfortable. Bit far from town center

En si, camas comodas y personal bien

Lejos de todo, super retirado. Y mucho cliente borracho y follonero, que no es culpa del hotel pero tampoco controlan el ambiente

Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Food Quality, Organisation, and Surroundings
Pros:

Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish.

The food was extremely disappointing. The same meals were served every day, and most of the food was barely even warm. On one occasion, I sat down and noticed that the meat was still pink and clearly undercooked. I immediately brought this to a member of staff's attention, who took it straight to the kitchen to inform the head chef.

Serving raw or undercooked food to guests is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety standards.

Upon arrival at the hotel, our room was not ready despite arriving at 11am. We were also unable to access the Wi-Fi until we had been assigned a room number, which was very inconvenient.

The location was equally disappointing. There is a half-built hotel next door that appears to be occupied by homeless individuals, which did not create a particularly unsafe or unwelcoming atmosphere. In addition, the surrounding houses to the left of the property gave a poor first impression when we first arrived by coach.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay.

Between the poor food quality, lack of organisation, and unattractive surroundings, I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.
