Pros:

Czystość pokoju na plus. Panie sprzątające wykonywały swoją pracę bardzo sumiennie i robiły wszystko, co mogły, aby zrekompensować gościom słaby stan wyposażenia tego pokoju

Cons:

Nocleg w hotelu, niestety nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Standard pokoju był zdecydowanie poniżej poziomu, jakiego można oczekiwać od obiektu tej klasy. W pokoju zastaliśmy uszkodzoną deskę sedesową, pęknięty sedes oraz umywalkę. Dodatkowo podczas korzystania z prysznica woda gromadziła się w wannie i bardzo wolno odpływała.

Niestety spotkała nas również bardzo przykra sytuacja podczas śniadania. Nasze dziecko rozchorowało się i nie było w stanie zejść do restauracji. Mąż zwrócił się do obsługi z prośba czy mógłby zrobić śniadanie dla syna, zwykłej pszennej bułki z wędliną oraz miseczki kaszy manny, którą mógłby zanieść do pokoju. Wyjaśnił, że dziecko jest chore.

Odpowiedź Pana kelnera była jednoznaczna: „Nie”. Usłyszał jedynie, że nie wolno wynosić jedzenia z restauracji. Rozumiemy obowiązujące zasady, jednak są sytuacje wyjątkowe, w których warto wykazać się odrobiną empatii i zdrowego rozsądku.

Życzymy więcej zrozumienia i życzliwości ze strony obsługi śniadaniowej, szczególnie wobec rodzin podróżujących z dziećmi.

Krásny, čistý hotel
Pros:

Personál ústretový, priateľský, vybavenie hotela, veľkosť a čistota celého priestoru na vysokej úrovni. Výber jedál na raňajkách postačujúci, aj pri väčšom nápore ľudí nič nechýbalo, servírky veľmi milé. Celý hotel má veľmi dobrú priateľskú atmosféru.

Cons:

Nemám čo vytknúť.
