Excellent location on Piazza di Santa Maria Novella; elegant building; lovely breakfast terrace; very friendly and responsive staff on-site 24 hours a day

Cons:

Even though our room had air-conditioning, it didn’t seem powerful enough; we were uncomfortably hot at times.
