Exceptional you NEED to stay here!
Pros:

We stayed here for our honeymoon! The staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. This spot was very clean provided all the toiletries you’d need. They also had a laundry service that we would have use except we were only there for one night! Wish we had booked more time here! Our Vespa tour ended up getting delayed due to rain and the staff were so fast to reply when I was worried about the later check in time :) We had a beautiful view and the bed was HUGE! Also we had to catch the train in the morning at it was a 3min walk to the station! Perfect :)

Cons:

My husband found it a little noisy due to the location but I brought my ear plugs and had no problem falling asleep. The other thing is you need your room key to “power” the room so we left for dinner thinking my headphones would be charging when we were gone but that was not the case.

i really liked the breakfast. i really liked the location of the hotel especially when it comes to all the activities we had planned during the days we were there, doing the most famous things to do in florence. i also liked how friendly the staff were.

Cons:

i stayed in 4 different hotels while i was in italy, this hotel had the hardest beds of them all. when we asked about if we could upgrade our room or change rooms to fix the issue, they said all of the beds in all of the rooms were the same. i get it, but the beds were harder than the others i stayed at in italy.

Una piccola chicca a Firenze!

La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, buona colazione sia dolce che salata. Posizione ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo noto a piedi!

La localització, aprop de l'estació de Santa Maria Novella i del centre de la ciutat

Cons:

L'habitació es veu molt antiquada, a tot l'hotel li falta una renovació important si vol ser un 4 estrelles.
L'esmorzar estava passable, però les taules i l'espai era molt petit. Insuficient per atendre tots els hostes a la vegada i havíem d'esperar que una taula quedés lliure per poder seure.

Lovely stay with very kind staff

Convenient location with a nice room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and had a vast selection of choices.

Only downside was at times some noise from people talking loudly and late, down in the plaza below the hotel.

Ми зупинялися у цьому готелі майже 10 років тому. Він здався мені чудовим, особливо сніданки на відкритій терасі з видом на місто. Старший чоловік на ресепшн- чудовий фахівець, він- обличчя цього готелю.

Cons:

Ми бронювали номер на 4 дорослих, фактично отримали номер з 1 двоспальним ліжком і 2 незручними розкладачками, які стояли серед номера. Номер був без вікна! Але були якісь двері від стелі до підлоги, які мали виходити кудись назовні, але були забиті дошками. З них був жахливий холод. Під цими «дверима» чи це глухе вікно? стояло типа ліжко нашої доньки, яка лягла спати з мокрим волоссям у холодну погоду, бо обидва фени у номері були неробочі. Окрім того вони були липкі, їх бридко було взяти в руки. Сантехніка - просто жахлива, душова кабіна розбита і не закривалась, шланг у душі прибитий вже вдесяте на новому місці на стіні. Коли ми на шафу закинули покривала- звідти вилетіла хмара пилу, він був такий густий і чорний, ніби хмара. Там не прибирали років 5. Коли відсунули тумбу з холодильником, щоб дістати пляшку з водою, яка закотилася- там теж жах, купа сміття, не прибирали теж давно. Номер незручний, по ньому неможливо пересуватися. Ставлю високу оцінку цьому готелю виключно за ресепшіоніста і терасу.
