La posizione a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella.
A piedi tutte le bellezze di Firenze sono raggiungibili.
Lo staff sempre gentilissimo.
La terrazza esterna per la colazione

Il buffet della colazione è un pò piccolo ma è tutto proporzionato alla sala della colazione.
I pro e contro di una piccola dimora storica perciò si ci deve adeguare.

The front desk person in charge on my arrival was disrespectful and demeaning. Look for another hotel. There are over 100 that area less expensive, better and with a nicer and respectful reception.

I was given a room of lower value than the one I reserved and paid for. Even when I demanded a better room and complained to BOOKING, the hotel did not respect my choices. THERE WERE INSECTS IN MY ROOM. the qualiTY OF THE WIFI WAS POOR, UNRELIABLE, EXTREMELY SLOW
