Tipptopp hotell med bästa läge!
Pros:

Mycket fint hotell med kort avstånd till Santa Maria-järnvägsstationen, vilket uppskattas storligen av tågluffare. Stort och fint rum, likaså rejält tilltaget badrum. Mycket serviceinriktad personal, som gav bra tips om näraliggande restauranger liksom en tur med lokalbussen för att nå en spektakulär utsiktsplats över Florens.

Cons:

Lite trångt i frukostmatsalen, men säkert bättre under sommarhalvåret med sittplatser på altan.

Very bad.
Pros:

Really bad experience.
Staying there for tow nights.
The first night we dint sleep at all because it was so noisy from outside and the window frame wS broken so could not close enough do it was both cold and noisy.
Next morning when I complained one of the stuff was very rude.
Anyway bad experience not all a 4 star hotel, and actually it smells terrible.
Not recommended.

Thank you for your reply, but accusing guests of trying to get free items instead of taking responsibility says everything about your attitude.

This review was not about free breakfast or free drinks. It was about a broken room, no sleep, rude staff, and a very poor overall experience.

On our first evening, the receptionist was rude, said he was too busy to serve us properly, then charged €9 for a tiny whiskey while handling the ice with his bare hand. The first room was cold and extremely noisy because the window was broken and would not close properly, so we could not sleep.

The next morning, the same staff member was again rude when I complained. Only later did another younger employee apologize and move us to another room. He was the only person who behaved professionally.

At check-out, I also found excessive charges on the bill, including €12 for two pieces of bread and some cheese. Only after I said I would report the matter and leave an honest review was I offered free breakfast.

A broken room, rude service, poor hygiene, and a sleepless night cannot be fixed with free breakfast afterward. Your reply confirms the real problem was not only the hotel itself, but also the complete lack of professionalism and accountability.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel. La sympathie du personnel. Super petit déjeuner.chambre confortable. Un agréable séjour qui c'est bien passé. Je ferais plus longtemps dès que possible un hiver pour mieux visiter florence

Exceptional you NEED to stay here!
Pros:

We stayed here for our honeymoon! The staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. This spot was very clean provided all the toiletries you’d need. They also had a laundry service that we would have use except we were only there for one night! Wish we had booked more time here! Our Vespa tour ended up getting delayed due to rain and the staff were so fast to reply when I was worried about the later check in time :) We had a beautiful view and the bed was HUGE! Also we had to catch the train in the morning at it was a 3min walk to the station! Perfect :)

Cons:

My husband found it a little noisy due to the location but I brought my ear plugs and had no problem falling asleep. The other thing is you need your room key to “power” the room so we left for dinner thinking my headphones would be charging when we were gone but that was not the case.

i really liked the breakfast. i really liked the location of the hotel especially when it comes to all the activities we had planned during the days we were there, doing the most famous things to do in florence. i also liked how friendly the staff were.

Cons:

i stayed in 4 different hotels while i was in italy, this hotel had the hardest beds of them all. when we asked about if we could upgrade our room or change rooms to fix the issue, they said all of the beds in all of the rooms were the same. i get it, but the beds were harder than the others i stayed at in italy.
