Great room it is basic but all what you need we did have an issue with our air conditioning unit which was sorted no more then 10 mins after reporting though shame the maintenance man left before we could thank him. Towels changed every 2 days and staff friendly we had top floor with sea view with table and chairs for balcony my only down side was we were there when a large group of youngsters who were noisy all night and they over took the pool area so only got to use the pool once they had gone home but other then that it was perfect beach a small walk down the hill with a nice bar/restaurant and 10 mins walk to the strip about a half hour walk to the old town.
I look forward to coming back

A very well run small hotel with lovely small apartments - lots of kitchen facilities very clean friendly reception and just four minutes from a beautiful beach if you walk very slowly!!

I went off season and would come again high season because it has everything you need. It's a three star hotel with a five star attitude in terms of service kindness and the facilities it offers for those three stars - well over and above the standard.

I would imagine in the summer it's a while away from noisy riotous crowds(!) as it was a 20 minute, delightful walk, into the centre of the town.

Despite the recent bad weather the beach was in excellent condition sandy, long and stunningly beautiful.

Do not come to this hotel! Me and my friend booked through wowcher, we have not been given the correct room. So we have to share a sofa bed, the guy at reception has told us he can not do anything and the hotel fully booked.
We had no hot water when we arrived and was told nothing can be done until Monday?? Do not book it is awful, no one knows what they are doing, hotel is unclean. Waste of money

I stayed here in a seaview studio for 4weeks over xmas and new year I don't know where the previous couple of reviews were but I can only speak for myself when I checked in I was early but was told my room was ready and a very nice man carried my bags there was always plenty of hot water and my towels were changed every 3 days and I had no trouble with any other guests I will very soon return

While the location of the apartments in the new town is close to the beach that is the only positive I have. We arrived friday 26th of December our apartment had no hot water or working heat. A maintenance man came to fix the AC which worked for one night, we were offered a room change on the Sunday which we accepted. Second room had hot water on the tuesday but the was it. We complained to the staff who were not helpful at all and didnt offer an explanation to us for this. Our room was never cleaned while we were there for the 7 days. We were not offered towels and at one occasion we had to go ask for towels, when they brought them up they didnt take the wet ones with them but stated their colleague would collect them which never happened. We had to shower using hot water from the kettle and jugs from the kitchen to wash our hair etc which is a disgrace and bins were never emptied. Beds were not comfortable at all we woke up each morning with sore backs. The tv in the room never worked, this was also mentioned to staff. On the final night I was woken up at 4am from screaming and shouting from another room, it states on their leaflet to ring their 24hr reception at any time but when we picked up the phone to call the phone wasn't working either. I stated this to the staff member on checking out. I also spoke to other guests who had similar experiences during their stay. While checking into the apartments we were never informed that there was a problem with the hot water. While there was 1 male member of staff who was polite and apologetic the rest of the staff were very unhelpful and rude upon checkout when I mentioned our concerns.

Great for the beach which is just a few minutes walk one way and the strip the other way staff some were really nice the young guy that was on was very friendly as well as one of the girls the other were not very talkative or seemed friendly Apartment was a nice place till the 3rd day in when i found bugs scurrying across everything in the kitchen area reported to reception straight away as i was going out she reported to housekeeping who just left a can of bug spray in the apartment for me which i used every other day when i saw anything
I would think during the summer this would be an ideal place for people more interested in the strip as it just far enough out the way to enjoy a night out and have peace when back at the apartment
Would i stay here again Probably if i wasnt on a solo trip

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights, and unfortunately, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. During my entire stay, my room was cleaned only once, and the bedding was never changed.
I arrived on Wednesday, 1st October. On the 5th October, I went to the beach in the morning and returned in the afternoon to find a large piece of animal feaces on my balcony. I wasn’t sure if it came from a cat or a dog, but when I showed the photo to a friend, I was told it was probably from a seagull.
I immediately called reception and asked for it to be cleaned. Two hours later, nothing had been done. I then went downstairs to speak to a staff member, who told me that no one could come as it was Sunday evening and that someone would clean it on Monday. I had to chase them up again the next day, and eventually, sometime after 4pm, someone came to clean both my room (for the first time since I arrived) and the balcony.
The only good thing about the room was the beautiful sea view from the balcony, but I wasn’t able to enjoy it for 2 out of my 10 days due to the mess and delays in cleaning. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Don’t take all the negative reviews as bad as they sound we stayed here for a hen doo , the location of the apartments is brilliant it’s five mins walk from the beach and the strip . The apartments although are dated and could so with spruce up were ideal from a base to sleep and the beds were clean and comfortable, The staff on the reception were great and helpful with anything you needed .The breakfast was continental and you have to pay 7 euros a day if you want it we only had it once as you can get a cooked breakfast elsewhere for cheaper, you do have to pay 100 euros each on arrival incase of damages but we had no issues getting that back at all . The pool is fine but like the apartments could do with and update but there are plenty of loungers and it is cleaned daily as we saw them doing it. The only issue we had was in room 77 the air conditioning in one of the bedroom was noisy , the shower in the bathroom was great and lovely and hot. I would definitely stay here again so don’t be put off about the bad reviews.

The deposit is cash only! Room was smelly, very noisy.

Perfect location for our group. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful.
The pool although small was a welcoming.
Each person had to pay €100 deposit (we'd read some horror stories about people not getting theirs back) every person in our group got their full deposit back, dont just check out and expect it there and then, give them time to check the room, bear this in mind if checking out when transfers are due to take you to airport.
I'd 100% stay here again.

Although the staff were very friendly and helpful we found the apartments very dated, we were put in an apartment with no balcony on the very first floor which was like being in a dungeon, no windows! The pool area is unkept with bins overflowing, the breakfast was awful, with some mornings having to ask for food as wasn’t kept replenished, and these apartments are full of stag and hen parties so if you’re looking for a quiet or family holiday these arnt for you, I was harassed by the poolside and made to feel very uncomfortable, while the staff did act quickly to resolve this it’s something to be aware of if travelling as a family or couple.

Really poor experience from start to finish. Apartments were dirty, ants all over the place. They did have working air con but not in the room. Reception staff were very rude and unhelpful. We were forced to make a 100 euro cash deposit per person, per room. They wouldn’t accept credit card or bank transfer. Meaning we all ended up with 100 redundant euros at the end of a two day trip. Every room had issues with key cars and the young lady at reception was just difficult to deal with when we tried to amend the situation - blaming us essentially.

Didn’t set foot in the pool area because it looked dreadful. Stay away from here - I’ve done plenty of “cheap and cheerful” stag/lads trip hotels - this was the worst all round.

Stayed here for a hen party with 13 friends. Not one bad thing to say about our stay here. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and we all got our deposits back. It's cheap and cheerful, plenty of bars and restaurants and old town only 5 euro taxi ride away if the strip is not your thing. Expected groups of lads and lasses and a bit of noise given location. No problem sleeping when balcony doors closed. Treat the rooms with respect and there are no problems ... seems fair!

Have to be honest what a lovely lady on reception, had 3 traveller not good with steps she showed them a little room at the end of the car park if the liked it they could have it, very thoughtful and accommodating I thought. Very helpful when asking about things, room is clean basic but clean. The location is amazing, it is loud but I guess that albuferia for you party central you wouldn't book here if you wanted a relaxing holiday go somewhere else. All the bad reviews please don't let that put you off cime and try for yourselves.

The hotel layout is very cute. The rooms were spacious and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. Location was great . Steps to beach and strip. If you want to party this is a great area. The pool area is beautiful.
The property is clean but dated.

This holiday apartment fell far below expectations. We arrived at 4pm, the allocated check-in time, only to be told the rom wasn’t ready. This wasn’t just us— many guests were left waiting for hours. We didn’t get access to the room until 7:30pm. No attempt was made to communicate or reassure us, instead the receptionist kept vanishing, leaving reception unmanned for long periods of time. The receptionist was unhelpful, rude, and dismissive, stating it “wasn’t his problem” as he was leaving in a few days. He repeatedly claimed the room was being cleaned, yet no cleaners were to be seen. It took a call to our holiday company to get things moving. Even then, we weren’t informed the room was ready- we had to keep asking.

In terms of the room itself, the air conditioning didn’t work in the main living area, making it very uncomfortable for the person sleeping on the sofa bed. The balcony door was a struggle to open or shut— we had to slam it to get it to move. Most concerning of all: the bedroom closets to the front door would not open from the inside once shut. One night, someone was stuck inside and couldn’t get out. This is a serious fire hazard. Additionally, the safe in the room did not work so we were unable to lock our passports and any valuables.

In terms of the environment itself, the reception closes at midnight and the walk back to the apartments is long, dark and doesn’t feel safe. There is no visible security or staff presence. We were also asked for a 500 euros cash deposit on arrival— something that was not mentioned beforehand. When we questioned this, we were told it had to be cash and that it wasn’t their problem if we didn’t have it. We did not feel safe leaving this in cash due to the lack of staff around reception. What made this worse is that the group in front of us did not have to pay a deposit because they were a “family” (they weren’t). We were a group of young professionals, respectful and quiet yet we were treated unfairly based on assumptions. This place is poorly managed and shows a complete disregard for guest experience.

Lovely views, amazing staff, fully functioning small and clean apartment.
We were treated with nothing but kindness and respect from all staff who are approachableand go above and beyond to make our stay ebjoyable.
Deposit was no problem.
The only issue is a few tourists that were very rude,disrespectful and totally oblivious to other guests and staff. Even then, somehow the staff stayed calm.
They deserve a Medal 🏅

I wanted to give this one star but in the interests of fairness, I gave 2. The hotel is officially rated 3 stars but I disagree with this, it should be 2.

Pros:
Hotel “guests” let it down
Most staff were friendly and reasonably accommodating despite having to put up with some horrendous guest behaviour
Kitchen accessories were basic but good, kettle, cups, bottle opener etc
Fridge and freezer worked well
Nice view from balcony
Walking distance to decent beach & food places/shops
Small welcome pack with sponges n fairy liquid provided

Cons:
Clearly a party hotel, ours was a big group but we know how to behave…no control over feral/animal behaviour at 3/4/5am

Air con in our room (14) did not work in our living area which so happened to be our bedroom area, asked for it to be fixed, no attempt made to fix or relocate us. Sleeping in there was like sleeping in satans armpit
Patio door to balcony lock was broken & had to be forced daily
Soft furnishings felt and looked filthy, curtains/cushions etc
Felt unsafe, no security meant anyone could walk up to ur room door or follow you back (which happened to some of our group)
Pool looked horrible (dirty) didn’t go in it
Bathroom very small
Walls very thin
Lots of stairs so no good for anyone with any kind of mobility issues
€100 cash deposit per person per room is a liberty 😆 there’s nothing worth €100 there!

Why are the deposit so hi when went it was nothing like this is it new owners does this go for everyone we are pensioners we have booked for November but might have to change hotel
