A única coisa que valeu a pena foi a localização

Cons:

É triste ter que fazer uma avaliação destas, contudo a única coisa boa deste hotel foi realmente a localização, perto de bons restaurantes e da rua mais conhecida. No entanto, o hotel deixou muito a desejar em vários aspectos, nomeadamente a confusão que foi na nossa última noite, hóspedes completamente mal educados, com barulho as 4 e 7 da manhã, gritos, festa, até o vomito se ouvia. No mesmo piso outros hóspedes a reclamar do sucedido e a ter que chamar à atenção, o hotel em momento nenhum se preocupou ou repreendeu os mesmos, não há segurança, não há respeito nem consideração pelos hóspedes.
Falando do quarto, pouca luminosidade, banheira perigosa sujeito a cair feio. Não mudaram as nossas toalhas mesmo fazendo a limpeza no quarto. As Senhoras da limpeza apesar de tudo, eram as mais simpáticas desta estadia, porque até no café da esplanada abaixo, uma mulher brasileira foi mal educada ao servir um simples café.
Para o preço que pagamos neste hotel foi uma experiência péssima e com certeza a não repetir. Ninguém tenciona vir de férias e ter que se chatear com hóspedes desrespeitosos, barulho, mau ambiente, entre outros.
Péssimo, a não repetir mesmo.

Staff and location were 10/10
Pros:

The location is amazing, super close to everything, especially liked how close we were to the beach, spent most of our day down there.

Cons:

The beds were a little firm for my liking but otherwise fine, clean and did the job! It is very close to the old town strip so can be loud but that shuts off at 3am so you still get a decent amount of silence after that.

Very disappointing stay.

The room we received did not match the photos shown on Booking.com. Despite paying the full price, we were given an old, worn-out room with a very dirty bathroom. The condition of the room was far below what was advertised.

When we asked the staff why the room was completely different from the photos, they simply replied that these were the only rooms available and that they knew nothing about the pictures shown online. We were never informed before arrival that we would be accommodated in a different type of room.

This felt misleading and was not the service we expected. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.

Great location. Ideal hotel for groups.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Excellent location. The outdoor courtyard is a nice place to sit.

Cons:

The rooms and communal areas are a bit dated. The pool area is small. One of the rooms had a bad drain smell.
