Nice but didn't feel like a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. Staff were nice

Cons:

Tv in room didn't work. Limited toiletries- would expect a 4 star hotel to have proper shampoo and conditioner

Pros:

El desayuno estaba bastante bien. La habitación era muy grande y espaciosa.

Cons:

Al estar en el campo, la habitación estaba llena de hormigas. Estaba alejado de lo que es el centro del pueblo, unos 15 minutos andando cuesta arriba.

Pros:

Está en una zona tranquila, alejada del centro, pero con parking dentro del hotel para dejar el coche.
Habitación muy amplia, el buffet y la piscina muy bien.
Todo el personal del hotel muy amable.

Cons:

Que el buffet de la cena no incluyera las bebidas, aunque sea el agua, y que no haya opción de cambio de toallas durante la estancia.

The closeness to the centre. Only a 14 min walk. The studio room was well equipped and clean.

Cons:

The property could probably do with a update. It seems abit tired.

Muy limpio y personal encantador
Pros:

El personal es encantador, dispuestos a ofrecerte todo lo que le pidieses.
El desayuno increíble, había variedad e iban reponiendo cuando algo se terminaba.
Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias

Cama grande, confortável. Em boa posição para conhecer as praias nas imediações.

Cons:

Muita deterioração : portas, casa de banho: tem tudo um aspecto antigo e a precisar de remodelação.
Refeições não correspondentes ao que se espera de 4 estrelas. Não deveria ter 4 estrelas.

Mala gestion de limpiezas
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal del hotel y como gestionaba nuestro malestar. Son Excepcionales

Cons:

La espera de la limpieza de la habitacion y no pudimos descansar despues de comer por falta de personal y las consecuencias las pagamos nosotros. Tuvimos que descansar en las hamacas de la piscina a la espera de que terminaran la habitacion. Eso no nos gustó, esperamos que lo corrijan para los clientes.
La piscina necesita mantenimiento y agua mas limpia.

Buen alojamiento en medio del Algarve
Pros:

Buen desayuno, con lo imprescindible. Terraza amplia y muy tranquilo, al estar alejado del centro.

Cons:

El alojamiento se nota que es antiguo y aunque ha tenido algunas reformas, todavía le falta por mejorar algunas cosas. El colchón tenía algún muelle que se clavaban
