Personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk !!, zeer professioneel en tegemoetkomend voor alle vragen.
Ontbijt was overheerlijk, ruim, gevarieerd en super gezond met natuurverse producten.
Menukaart voor goedkopere diners was wat beperkt, maar toch OK voor een verblijf van 4 dagen.

Niets aan te merken.

Leuk om eens uit te rusten na een drukke rondreis.
Pros:

Een prachtig domein, rustig!
De wellness doet deugd na al het hiken.
Vriendelijk personeel.
De tuinen zijn een mooi extraatje, ook in de kamer verschillende verwennerijen.

Cons:

We namen ‘s avonds het light menu, maar hadden toch meer verwacht van de smaken…
Weinig sfeer overdag, een beetje een hotel voor de stiff upper class

Pros:

Superb as always Spa treatments are heavenly. Good course in exceptional condition. Food choice wide ranging. A little noisy in rooms nearest to the hotel entrance. Reception staff very helpful. Table l’dote menu is the best value but readily advertised. Tea house a hidden gem - especially the honey cake. Will definitely be back

Peaceful & relaxing, lovely grounds, comfortable bed. Food is not fabulous for a 5 star.
Pros:

Lovely room and beautiful location & hotel.

Cons:

There seems to be relatively few staff and they seem to have to multitask, which can make it difficult to reach someone if you have a specific need.

La piscine est très agréable. Seul bémol il faut absolument nager avec des lunettes car l eau pique beaucoup les yeux.

Amazing hotel with 5 star service
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel as a family for a wedding and could not fault it in any way . The service from the staff was excellent and the grounds/rooms were kept in immaculate condition . The breakfast was a particular highlight for us and had a large variety of food and drinks . Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Madeira :)
