Sijainti jalan liikkujalle täydellinen.

Cons:

Huoneessa ei vedenkeitintä,jääkaappia,mikroa.Kulunut sisustus.Parveke iso,mutta muovipöytä ja yksi tuoli olivat kulahtaneet.Mitään viherkasveja tms.ei havaintoa.
Vain kuumaa vettä suihkusta.wc vuoti.

Pros:

Hotel bien situé dans la vieille ville. Petit déjeuner bien. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Nous avions déjà passé une nuit dans cet hôtel mais pas dans la même chambre. Là la chambre côté rue était très bruyante jusqu'à tard le soir et tôt le matin. La porte qui frotte ++, lumière tête de lit en panne, première eau de la douche couleur jaune puis l eau qui coule même robinet éteint.

Retrò ma funzionale
Pros:

Adoro gli alberghi un poco datati perché permettono di viaggiare nel tempo. Le principali qualità di questo posto sono la posizione centrale, il basso costo e le camere spaziose.

Disappointing
Pros:

Located close to the center of Funchal, which can be easily reached by foot. Reception staff was kind. A large terrace is available.

Cons:

The furniture in the room looked very old and in poor shape: a large frame suddenly detached from the wall falling to the ground, no one was injured only by chance. No air conditioning, just a table fan for a 3-beds room: windows had to be kept open in the night, meaning being waked up in the early morning from loud noises in the street as a large goods depot is located at the ground floor. The wi-fi covered only 1 floor of the structure. The breakfast was pretty poor, only beverage was ok. It was extremely hard to manage any administrative aspect: the staff at the reception was kind but unable to help, whereas contacting the property via Booking or email was almost pointless as they just did not respond. It got 2 weeks and multiple pressures also from Booking assistance in order to get a receipt, which was also not as requested.

A localização é a simpatia e os sorrisos dos funcionários

Cons:

A necessitar de uma grande reforma a nível de casa de banho e colchões! Talvez apostar em climatizaçao nos quartos, blackouts ou estores!

Pequeno Almoço muito Bom

Cons:

Falta de ar condicionado, quarto super QUENTE, a casa de banho deve ter algum aparelho a aquecer água não sei, mas estava sempre com temperatura muito elevada, que aquecia ainda mais o Quarto, as precianas não tapam a claridade e já muito usadas, as portadas tinham que estar sempre abertas, problema maior noturno, com o ruído do Gerador do Continente sempre a trabalhar, é uma estadia que podia ser Boa, mas nessas condições não recomendo.

Lo staff è stato gentile a cambiarci la rumorosa camera da un piano basso lato strada ad un piano alto lato Interno.

Cons:

Il residence è un po' datato. Avrebbe bisogno di un po' di rinnovamento soprattutto nei bagni. Anche aria condizionata e infissi insonorizzati sarebbero utili.
