Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Especially the waiters, going the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Like giving us the pool menu after it was already beyond the time. The room was pretty and very clean. A chocolate on the pillow everyday. Details like that were just lovely and made us feel very welcome :)

Cons:

Some hooks for bathrobes were missing at the hottub area in the basement. And it would be nice to have a little bit more light in the evening at the rooftop pool. It was very dark after 8pm.

Fantastisches Hotel mit Paradies-Feeling
Pros:

Das Familienzimmer war richtig toll. Zum einen groß und zum anderen besser ausgestattet als erwartet. Die Betten waren super bequem und auch von der Größe her ideal. Wir fanden das Frühstück auch überragend. Uns jedenfalls hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gab Omelette, Spiegeleier, Baked Beans, Waffeln, Pancakes, verschiedene Brote und Brötchen, Früchte, Müslis sowie andere süße Leckereien....also mehr als genug Auswahl. Der Rooftop Infinity Pool war zwar ein bisschen kalt, aber die Aussicht wirklich atemberaubend. Zur Begrüßung gab es für jeden für uns einen Cocktail, am Abend dann sogar eine Flasche Perlwein und auch täglich Schokolade auf dem Bett. Die Anlage sowie die Location sind top!! Ein kostenloser Naturpool ist direkt gegenüber und für den anderen in 200 Meter Entfernung gab es kostenlose Eintrittskarten an der Rezeption. Wir hatten auch nicht das Parkplatzproblem, das andere Reisende zuvor geschildert hatten. Vielleicht war es Glück oder es lag daran, dass die Hauptsaison fast vorbei war. Am Tag der Anreise ist die Rezeptionsdame extra mit uns nach draußen um nach einem Parkplatz zu suchen.

Cons:

Den Indoorpool könnte man mit ein paar Pflanzen sicherlich noch aufwerten.
Da wir 5 Personen im Familienzimmer waren und dementsprechend viel feuchte Wäsche hatten, wären mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon wünschenswert gewesen.

Where to stay in Porto Moniz
Pros:

Centrally located and close to the natural pools. Very good breakfast, clean rooms.

The sound of the ocean during the night was amazing.

Cons:

The sea view rooftop restaurant was a bit overrated and over priced in our opinion.

Très bonne adresse à Porto Moniz
Pros:

Excellent séjour à Porto Moniz. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et confortable. Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et disponible. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon, avec un choix appréciable.

L’emplacement est un véritable atout pour visiter l’ouest de Madère : l’hôtel est situé juste en face des piscines naturelles gratuites de Porto Moniz, et les piscines naturelles payantes sont également accessibles à quelques minutes à pied.

Pour le stationnement, l’hôtel dispose d’un petit parking, avec également plusieurs places gratuites à proximité. À défaut, il est possible de stationner dans les parkings payants aux alentours pour environ 6 € la journée.

Une très bonne adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour découvrir l’ouest de l’île.

Séjour parfait à Porto Moniz
Pros:

Très bien situé face a la mer et proche des piscines naturelles. Déco soignée. Très bon petit déjeuner et excellent restaurant . Personnel agréable et aux petits soins.

Cons:

Le parking est limité à quelques places dans une cour minuscule.

Würde wiederkommen :)
Pros:

Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, schöner blick vom balkon, personal freundlich, rooftop mit pool und tollem ausblick, direkt neben den gratis lavapools gelegen, sehr gutes frühstück

Cons:

Klimaanlage konnte man nur über die Rezeption ganz ausschalten lassen (muss man wissen)

Belle découverte, nous recommandons!
Pros:

Le personnel était au petit soin, très accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner est super bon et les omelettes faites minute et sur mesure sont vraiment délicieuses. Il y a pleins de petites attentions (chocolats, verre de bienvenue, entrée gratuite pour les piscines naturelles) qui font la différence. Une très jolie découverte que l'on recommande même en famille. La chambre était spacieuse et le must: la porte du balcon est équipée d'une moustiquaire! Dormir la fenêtre ouverte et entendre la mer sans craindre les petites bêtes, c'est génial.

Séjour incroyable et parfait
Pros:

La chambre, le restaurant, les infrastructures, les piscines, la salle de sport.

La qualité de la nourriture, la gentillesse du personnel.

Beaucoup de petites attentions dans la chambre.

Nous étions avec un bébé de 9 mois et tout a été fait pour que ça se passe au mieux.

Der Meerblick von unserem Zimmer aus. Lobby und Zimmer waren modern sowie auch der Außenbereich.
