The weird number lock doesn't work very well, the window was facing the mountain instead of ocean, had to pay 50 euros in cash for deposit for car parking too...

Cons:

We chose this accommodation largely because of the wellness area, which was closed most of the time. That was very disappointing. The room was older and of a worse standard than presented in the photos and was not well cleaned.

Cons:

La porte de la chambre avec vue sur l’océan ne s’ouvrait pas correctement. Nous avons payé un surplus pour cette chambre pour rien.

Pros:

Emplacement et accès, piscine et spa, confort de la chambre, gentillesse du personnel. Bon petit déjeuner également. Bon rapport qualité / prix comparé à d'autres établissements à Madère.

Cons:

Le Spa et la piscine ferment à 18:00 et devraient être disponibles en soirée
Un frigo devrait être mis à disposition dans la chambre (ainsi qu'une machine à café).
