Amamos tudo principalmente o Pedro Simão que foi muito simpático e prestativo.
Pros:

Hotel Bem localizado, quartos e banheiros grandes, próximo ao metrô Parke e Marquês do Pombal e avenida da Liberdade . Varios restaurantes e lanchonetes ao lado do hotel, lojas de grife tb próximas, tudo isso dá pra fazer a pé

Smještaj je na super lokaciji, a osoblje je odlično i veoma pristupačno. Smještajna jedinica je bila dovoljno velika za tri osobe. Doručak je bio dobar, sa solidnim izborom hrane. Usluga svakodnevnog čišćenja sobe bila je super.

Cons:

U sobi bi bilo dobro omogućiti zaključavanje kupaonice, a svakako bi trebalo zamijeniti dotrajalu glavu tuša. Također, primijetili smo problem s curenjem vode po kupaonici tijekom tuširanja.
Što se tiče doručka, ponuda bi mogla biti malo bogatija. Najviše je nedostajao veći izbor slatkih jela, kao i kvalitetniji čokoladni namaz (poput Nutelle) za palačinke ili kruh, s obzirom na to da je trenutačni preljev prikladniji za sladoled.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We initially had some minor issues, but everything was resolved quickly, and all of us ended up feeling much better. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Excellent stay with exceptional service
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. We arrived before the official check-in time, and the staff not only checked us in about an hour early but also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. We had an early flight before arriving and another very early flight the next morning, so getting quality sleep was very important to us. The upgraded room was extremely comfortable, with great air conditioning and blackout curtains that completely blocked the sunlight, allowing us to rest perfectly. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing – everything exceeded our expectations.
