Pros:

Smještaj je ok, čisto,,.doručak je dobar iako bi mogla biti malo raznovrsnija ponuda..Osoblje jako ljubazno..Odlična lokacija u blizini početne stanice hop on hop of, pješke do centra 20 min, blizina podzemne garaže po pristupačnoj cijeni ako dolazite za autom.

Good location.
Pros:

I was greeted warmly by reception staff and assigned a suite (not just a room) on the 7th floor so I had a good view of the park opposite. Bed was HUGE and there was complimentary water available.

Not much really. The lifts were a bit small - only room for one with luggage,

Absolutely recommended
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel, specifically in the suite on the fourth floor. The room is very spacious, with two bedrooms containing two beds each, and a medium-sized bathroom. The hotel is reasonably clean, close to public transportation, and surrounded by many restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing in particular, only the water bottle could be refilled daily, because the minibar is empty

The room was fine

Cons:

I booked 2 suites on this hotel however; I was shocked when they asked for more 25 Euros per person per night for my wife as they claimed that i have reserved 2 single rooms not 2 doubles. When I checked the difference between the single and the double on Booking.com site for this hotel (at the same booking time), it was only 5 Euros per night not 25 Euros. I had to pay extra 100 Euros for 2 rooms 2 nights instead of 20 Euros. THEY ARE THIEVES or what!!!!!! is Booking.com put hotels like this on their site. Please advise so I can STOP USING BOOKING.COM

I need a refund for my 100 Euros in my CC or a justification from Booking.com on this act.

Pros:

From the warm welcome to the gorgeous room and delicious breakfast, everything was perfect! Location is close to the Metro which is very convenient.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere vari punti di interesse, comoda per metro e bus.
Camere spaziose.

Cons:

Gli orari in cui vengono fatte le pulizie sono strani. Un giorno prima delle 14, un giorno dopo le 17. Per avere la camera pulita siamo dovuti uscire per due giorni e poi rientrare per prepararci e uscire
La lavanderia è lava al pezzo, quindi può risultare cara.

Chambrer spacieuse, propre et petit déjeuner copieux.

Très déçue par le manque de professionnalisme de cet hôtel.

Nous avions pris soin de faire une demande spéciale à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de mon conjoint, qui nous avait été clairement confirmée par l’hôtel avant notre arrivée. Nous avions donc toute confiance dans le fait que cette attention serait préparée.

Quelle déception en arrivant de constater que rien n’avait été fait et que notre demande n’avait manifestement pas été prise en compte.

Pour une occasion aussi importante, nous nous attendions à davantage d’attention et de sérieux. Malheureusement, cet oubli a terni notre arrivée et notre expérience dans l’établissement.

Cons:

Leider nicht der helle und offene Eindruck der Bilder (in meinem Fall dunkler Boden und insgesamt dunkler Eindruck). Der Aussenbereich vor dem Gym bräuchte dringend etwas Liebe und Pflege, der läd so gar nicht zum Verweilen ein.

Pros:

Séjour globalement correct, mais avec quelques déceptions. Nous sommes arrivés le 7 septembre et avons pu laisser nos bagages à l'accueil avant l'accès aux chambres à 15 heures, ce qui nous a permis de visiter le magnifique parc juste en face. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à seulement 2 minutes à pied du métro Parque.
Le personnel à l'accueil était disponible pour répondre à nos questions.

Cons:

​Concernant les chambres, nous avons regretté d'avoir deux lits séparés plutôt qu'un lit double, et nous avons rencontré des problèmes de douche bouchée à deux reprises. Le mobilier semble aussi un peu vieillot, et l'absence de chaînes françaises à la télévision est dommageable.
​Le point le plus décevant reste le petit-déjeuner, très peu varié et inadapté à un régime sans porc.
