We had a great stay at Dinya. The room was clean, comfortable, and very good. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
At the beginning of our stay, we would have appreciated clearer communication, as it took a few days before everything regarding our reservation was fully explained. We also experienced a double booking, which was frustrating at first. However, the team handled the situation professionally and worked hard to find a solution, which we really appreciated.
A special thank you to Rue Lopes and the wonderful Cristian for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. They made a stressful situation much easier and ensured we had an enjoyable stay.
Overall, despite the initial communication issues, we had a positive experience and would highly recommend Dinya to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service. We would happily stay here again!
El personal súper atento y simpático. Un día no pudimos desayunar en el hotel porque salimos más temprano y nos prepararon una bolsa con varias cositas para llevarnos. Todo perfecto.

Hotel is in near to the centre of Lisboa near to the metro station. Relatively quiet place. Receptionist was very friendly and explained everything.
Equipment in the room has been used for some time already, breakfast room is small (on some places it is tough to get out of the table)
The room was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything necessary. Having a fridge with cold water and a tea set was a really nice touch. Since I traveled during a hot summer, I appreciated that the A/C was efficient but quiet, I slept really well. The hotel is conveniently located in a safe area close to the city center, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and all the main sights were easily reachable on foot. The breakfast was abundant, and the staff was very welcoming. Great value for money.
