All in all, it was a nice stay. Christian from the reception was really nice and friendly and saw him helping some guest
Pros:

The place is very clean and smells great. Our room was very clean and have enough space. They also provide some snacks and croissants and juice near the reception area that the guests can have before going out and coming in from trips or shopping.

Cons:

There’s not enough sockets in the room and the sockets are placed so high above the bed’s headboard that when you want to charge your phones or smart watch, you have to put them on top of the bed’s headboard.

Un bel soggiorno a Lisbona 😊
Pros:

Buona posizione, abbastanza vicina al centro e alle attrazioni principali raggiungibili a piedi con una bella camminata. Stanza piccolina ma curata nei dettagli, pulizia molto buona. Colazione eccellente e varia.

Cons:

Nel bagno la cassettina del wc era difettosa e necessitava ogni volta di sbloccare il pulsante, per il resto nulla da dire 😊

It was AMAZING.
Pros:

De diversiteit van het ontbijt en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, van de onthaalmedewerkers tot de schoonmakers, vielen ons meteen op. Bij aankomst werden we aan het onthaal verwelkomd met vers fruitsap, water en bakkerijproducten. Dat vonden we heel attent en hartverwarmend, zeker omdat het in de zomer erg warm was en we net van de luchthaven kwamen.
Toen we aankwamen, was het nog net te vroeg om in te checken. Gelukkig mochten we onze bagage in de bagageruimte van het hotel achterlaten. Dat was een grote opluchting, omdat we de stad graag wilden verkennen zonder onze koffers te moeten meesleuren. Zo konden we zorgeloos aan onze dag beginnen.
Ook de behulpzaamheid van het personeel was een groot pluspunt. Wanneer we vertelden dat we een bepaalde plek wilden bezoeken, kregen we telkens duidelijke uitleg over tickets en het openbaar vervoer, zoals de metro en de tram. Ze gaven ons ook tips over het gebruik van Uber. Dat maakte het veel gemakkelijker om onze uitstappen te plannen.
De locatie van het hotel was eveneens aangenaam. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving, waardoor er weinig lawaai was en we goed konden ontspannen. Hoewel het hotel iets buiten het centrum ligt, was dat voor ons geen probleem. Met Uber, de metro en de bus konden we gemakkelijk verschillende plaatsen bereiken.
De airconditioning op onze kamer was tijdens de warme zomerdagen een echte redder in nood. Omdat we eerst niet goed wisten hoe we die moesten gebruiken, heeft een personeelslid ons dit vriendelijk uitgelegd.
Het ontbijt was lekker en bood voldoende variatie. Hoewel het aanbod dagelijks grotendeels hetzelfde was, waren er genoeg verschillende opties om elke ochtend iets anders te kiezen.
Ook bij ons vertrek werden we goed geholpen. Het personeel boekte een taxi voor ons naar de luchthaven, waardoor we ons minder zorgen hoefden te maken over het vervoer. Door al deze kleine attenties voelden we ons gedurende ons verblijf welkom en goed verzorgd.
Ik zou graag terugkomen.

Cons:

Een minpunt was de kleine grootte van het bad in de badkamer. Daarnaast waren er onvoldoende plaatsen en stoelen in de eetzaal om iedereen comfortabel te laten ontbijten.
