Nice modern rooms in a great location
Pros:

Nice modern rooms - family owned business for many generations, and they've kept the place up to date and modern. Fresh towels and bedsheets every day, super friendly hosts.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit small for the price. But then again, Lisbon is getting more expensive, especially in the Saldanha area.

2-3 Nächte okey, für längere Aufenthalte nicht unbedingt geeignet.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal und eine Metro Station etwa 5-10min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist ein absoluter Witz. Keine Auswahl, dünner Kaffee und Gebäck was so ziemlich das Angebot des gegenüber liegenden Lidls wieder spiegelt.

A hospitalidade. São pessoas muito gentis, atenciosas. O ambiente é muito acolhedor e tranquilo, ótimo para descansar ou trabalhar. A localização é perfeita, com um mercado mesmo em frente, bons restaurantes, farmácia. No coração de Lisboa. Recomendo a todos!

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço poderia ter um pouco mais de opções. Talvez um bolo mais fresco e opção de frutas (mamão, meloa). Mas pelo preço da diária, o pequeno-almoço é bastante honesto e entrega o necessário :)

Najbardziej doceniam spokój i lokalizację, nie był w samym centrum miasta ale metrem spokojnie dało się dojechać nie tylko do bardziej turystycznych dzielnic ale także na lotnisko

Uma perola de São Sebastião
Pros:

Não podemos avaliar o lugar pela fachada. O acolhimento foi familiar e o quarto, posso descrevê-lo como uma pequena pérola. Renovado, com a casa de banho renovada e imaculada.
Recomendo e voltarei!

Good stay, good value.
Pros:

Staff is very friendly and kind. The room was a bit small but for the price it was worth it. Nice balcony view. A lot of places nearby to eat, a grocery store across the street. Very clean, no problems with the internet.

Cons:

I wish the beds were a little more comfortable. Also I wish there was a tea kettle in the room

A Perfect Portugal Getaway
Pros:

We were a group of 5 adults and booked 2 rooms, a triple bed (1 person per bed) and one with a double bed (for my husband and I). The triple bed room was so cute and it had a cute balcony. The space was perfect, staff cleaned everyday unless we kindly asked them not to. Everything always smelled good and worked well. The hot water was perfect after a long day of sight seeing. The beds were comfortable and easy to sleep on. Claudia at the front desk was amazing and was kind enough to ensure our rooms were on the same floor and she recommended great places for us to visit during our stay. The elevator was solid and spacious too. All in all a 10/10 experience. We hope to be able to stay there again!

Невероятно приветливый персонал на ресепшен, в любой момент готовы помочь, на любой запрос реагирует сразу же. Объясняют, помогают. А это важно, от этого складывается первое впечатление о стране ♥️
Абгрейдили мой номер, повысили уровень и это фор фри. Приятный бонус, благодарю ☺️

Cons:

Завтраки скучные, однообразные.
В номере не работал кондиционер, а именно он обогревает помещение. Было очень холодно, но мне предложили поменять номер и все наладилось.

Mold in the room (strong unpleasant smell), cockroach in the bathroom, broken leaking sink, no sound insulation, and saf
Cons:

Very disappointing experience.

When I entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell. At first, I thought it might be because the room hadn’t been ventilated. However, I later discovered visible mold all over the headboard of the bed. It became clear that the smell was coming from the MOLD. This is a serious health hazard, especially as I have an allergy.

I also found a COCKROACH in the bathroom, completely unacceptable.

The sink was broken and leaking, and at night the entire bathroom floor was covered with water. I had to clean it myself.

The sound insulation is terrible, I could clearly hear full conversations from the neighboring room and everything happening in the corridor.

Additionally, the window was left open while I was away, even though I had closed it. This made the room very cold and raised safety concerns, as my belongings were left unsecured.

On top of everything, I was misinformed by the staff about the condition of the room, which makes the whole experience even worse.

Would not recommend.
