Muy contentos, con mejora en el tema restaurante
Pros:

El aquapark, las actividades del día y la noche. Los niños disfrutan mucho

Cons:

Los colchones son mejorables. En cuanto a las toallas, creo que lo ideal sería que hubiera toallas para bajar a la playa y piscina. Pero lo peor y que es totalmente mejorable son las colas que tuvimos para entrar al restaurante, incluso dentro, las colas para la comida

Las animaciones,la comida,hay sitio de hamacas y sillas para todo el k kiera ,0 estrés,no ay k esperar en ningún sitio t sirven en las mesas(fuera del bufet).increible para descansar,la comida un 10

La comida buena calidad.
La limpieza en general muy bien, la habitación siempre la dejaban muy bien y con olor a limpio.
El personal muy amable y resolutivo, siempre dispuestos a ayudar si necesitabas algo.
La animación SÚPER. Tanto niños como adultos.

Cons:

La organización a la hora de entrar a las comidas. Hay turnos y no puedes ir cuando quieras. Se forman colas eternas y uno de los días la niña se durmió esperando y no cenó.

El personal muy atento y amable. Las piscinas y los toboganes infantiles fantásticos. El bufé de comidas y desayuno, buenísimo todo. La limpieza genial. En resumen: ¡todo de 10!

Cons:

Tuvimos una pequeña inundación con la ducha el primer día. Lo comunicamos y rápidamente fue resuelto, todo quedó limpio y nunca más sucedió.

La cama y almohadas muy cómodas , y la piscina .

La chica entro a la habitación sin tocar primero a dejar una nota y unas piruletas … deberia de haber tocado primero y entrar no asi… y estaba retirado del centro . Buffet bueno pero con poca variedad pero bien .

1. El aire acondicionado no se puede manipular desde la habitación .
2. En el buffet no había atún , algo básico para hacer una ensalada
3. Reservé una hora de spa , no funcionaba ni la sauna ni el baño turco , por tanto todos en una piscina minúscula con 3 chorros
4. Creo si se hace un juego entre personas de acertar canciones deberían de al menos verificar que no se hace trampa , en este caso estaban en nuestra mesa de al lado y con mirar solamente o indicarlo se evitaba , ya que como mi hijo más niños vieron que con el móvil miraban las respuestas correctas u por tanto con trampas se consiguen las cosas …. No creo sea correcto …
