Très belle adresse au pied de la Puerta del Sol.
Pros:

Tout d'abord l'accueil : pour expliquer comment garer la voiture dans un parking couvert à proximité. La chambre : très agréable et confortable. Le petit déjeuner : varié, frais, avec un très bon café.

Pros:

The location could not be better, the staff were lovely and the breakfast good although space was an issue. We had a good park8ng space which was essential in this city.

Cons:

There was little public space but due to its exvellant location in the old coty was undetstandable.

Toledo é uma ótima cidade. Voltaria e ficaria novamente no Hotel Abad.
Pros:

A localização é ótima, ao lado de uma das portas de entrada da cidade. O café da manhã é bom. A recepcionista Diana, muito simpática, sempre muito receptiva e ótima para dar dicas de lugares e deslocamento. Você pode estacionar o carro por 15-20 minutos para fazer o check-in e tem um estacionamento público grátis 15 minutos a pé do Hotel. O quarto é muito bom, tem uma sacada com uma vista do portal. A cama é confortável, o aquecimento (fomos no inverno) é ótimo. O chuveiro é muito bom, e as amenities um mimo a parte (muito bons).

Cons:

Na recepção, ao pagar em dinheiro pelo estacionamento , o atendente não quis aceitar meu dinheiro em espécie, pois alegou que ele não sabia se era verdadeiro. Foi muito constrangedor passar por isso perto das outras pessoas que estavam no local. O hotel deveria ter um aparelho de verificação automática para isso. No outro dia, outro atendente me cobrou pelo mesmo estacionamento que eu já tinha pago no dia anterior!
As camas tinham uma “depressao” no meio do colchão então não era confortável para dormir.
Ar condicionado frio não funcionou bem.
