Fantastic stay
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! The young boy on the desk greeted us with the biggest smile and was so friendly and polite!
Lovely spacious room, comfortable bed, air con which was a god send in the heat wave coming back to a cold room! The location was great a lovely walk down the front about 20 mins from all the main tourist spots!

Cons:

No fridge in the room, but other than that a fantastic stay!

Convenient but away from the tourist crowds
Pros:

Overall - We liked the neighborhood and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. But, not certain it was worth $300/night.
Pros
Very easy to find and not far from a Vaporetto stop.
Quiet for sleeping at night.
Pleasant mostly not touristy neighborhood with restaurants and grocery markets. Very close to the only large park/garden area in Venice.
24-hour desk staff.
wifi was good

Cons:

The shower is narrow
hinged glass on one side that will flood the bathroom worse if you bump it (the bathroom floods somewhat regardless)
shower control on the other side that will change the temperature or shut off the water if you bump that
No shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries or cosmetics.
Breakfast was acceptable.

Personnel très sympathique, agréable et serviable. Nous avons été très bien reçus et orientés pour nos déplacements. Je recommande vivement cet établissement qui est également idéalement situé pour visiter Venise.

Disponibilità e simpatia del personale, pulizia, servizio reception sempre aperta 24h, posizione per Biennale d Arte, aria condizionata regolabile

Cons:

Forse solo la colazione potrebbe essere più ricca, magari più torte o dolcetti ma tutto è andato bene ugualmente!
