Esperienza perfetta
Pros:

Hotel super comodo per muoversi sia verso il Lido e la Biennale che per San Marco. Le calli limitrofe sono piene di posti dove mangiare. Il personale è stato super gentile e accogliente e l hotel è molto ben curato con una deliziosa colazione...super consigliato

Wir waren sehr zufrieden dort
Pros:

Tolle Lage um zur Biennale 2026 zu gehen und viele Lokale um die Ecke in der Via Garibaldi. Dort gibt es auch Coop Läden zum Einkaufen.
Das Zimmer war groß und ansprechend ausgestattet. Es hatte sogar - wie der Frühstücksraum - stoffbespannte Wände.
Da frühere Gäste ihr Amazon Prime Video Login auf dem TV hinterlassen haben, konnte man auch Amazon Prime Videos schauen. Natürlich haben wir nur in Prime enthaltene Filme angesehen und nicht solche, die den Account mit zusätzlichen Kosten belasten. Tipp für alle: solche Accounts vor der Abreise löschen!
Es war an der Rezeption fast immer jemand verfügbar. Nur manchmal musste man klingeln, dann ging es aber stets schnell.
Es gab Klimaanlage, man konnte aber auch die Fenster öffnen und bei Laune die Fensterläden etwas schließen, damit niemand von gegenüber ins Zimmer sehen konnte.

Cons:

Die Duschkabine könnte etwas größer sein und der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein. Man soll daher immer am Abend vorher mitteilen, wann man frühstücken will. Ich bevorzuge es, wenn ich mich da nicht vorher festlegen muss.
Es gibt Zimmer, die direkt vom Frühstücksraum abgehen. Zum Glück hatten wir kein solches, wo einem die Frühstücksgäste ins Zimmer sehen, wenn man die Türe aufmacht.
Praktischer wäre es, wenn es nicht nur eine Pump-Kanne für den (manchmal sehr dünnen) Kaffee gäbe sondern einen Automaten. Man bekam zwar auch guten Cappuccino oder Espresso, aber dazu musste man extra das Personal fragen.

It's a great deal for what it is, especially during the biennale. Easy to get to. VERY friendly!!
Pros:

The front desk staff are some of the nicest people, Mustafa, who I had met over two days two years before immediately remembered my name upon my entrance, a phenomenal guy, super helpful, effortlessly gracious and warm... and I didn't catch her name when I left this time, but gal at the front desk was also super charming and helpful (Tuesday the 1st September, 4pm). The hotel is a little dated but so is hey all of Venice, but not shabby. Breakfast is included, and while not amazing suffices, and at their usual prices, it's a steal in Venice if you are visiting the Beinnale as it is 100 meters to the Arsenale entrance and a 3-4 minute walk to the Giardini... And being just off Via Garibaldi, that is also a plus, a very cool street, not filled with obnoxious people not over crowded. Easy ride from Arsenale ferry station to the airport.

Cons:

AC could have been a touch better as well as BLACK OUT curtains would be super nice.

Posizione eccellente per visitare la Biennale, luogo tranquillo ma a pochi passi da via Garibaldi con tutti i servizi. Camere confortevoli, colazione discreta, accoglienza perfetta

Good choice for a stay in Venice
Pros:

Great and convenient location for a visit to the biennale. Close to restaurants and shops but quiet at the same time.Staff was friendly and welcoming and very accommodating. Breakfast is good, rooms nicely decorated and comfortable.

Cons:

The public areas of the hotel could use a bit more TLC. Parts of the furnishings were a bit run down unfortunately, especially in the lobby. It didn’t make our stay less comfortable but would be nice to see the beautiful building a bit more cared for.
