Struttura in posizione strategia, sestriere tranquillo e lontano dalla folla con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Camere pulite e comode con bagno ampio. Personale accogliente

Unica pecca è stata la colazione che, visto il locale un po’ piccolo, va fatta a turno e con una scelta un po’ contenuta. Non viene servito il caffè espresso e di conseguenza cappuccino, latte macchiato etc. Unico caffè presente e’ l’americano. Con una colazione all’altezza sarebbe stato da 10

Great choice in Venice
Pros:

The hotel is located in the Arsenal area. Although it is not close to the train station, it is still well connected by public transportation, with a transit stop just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is also near a street with several good restaurants and convenience stores. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile ad aiutare con il sorriso.

Cons:

Come suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente l'esperienza degli ospiti, sarebbe utile riorganizzare o ampliare l'area dedicata alla colazione, che in alcuni momenti può risultare un po' limitata. Inoltre, un'offerta più varia e ricca di prodotti renderebbe la colazione ancora più piacevole. Nel complesso, però, il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole e l'esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Tranquillo dedicato alla famiglia e alle bellezze di Venezia

Staff super accogliente e disponibile.la posizione del hotel è a 15 di minuti da piazza San Marco ma la zona è ben servita da una vasta scelta di ristoranti. Le camera era ampia e pulita.

La colazione non c'è molta scelta dolce ma più scelta salata comunque in complesso buona

Anche se personalmente ho gusti più sobri, le camere e l'albergo arredato in stile veneziano settecentesco, con tappezzerie e stucchi nei controsoffitti, con alcuni mobili antichi, e un gusto ricco ed elegante, hanno contribuito a rendere il mio soggiorno un'esperienza immersiva nello spirito Veneziano.
La colazione, buona per qualità e varietà, lo staff, simpatico, cordiale e disponibilissimo.

Tutto oltre le più rosee aspettative . Se dovete andare a venezia è l'hotel ideale . A due passi dal piazza S Marco e non da sottovalutare con due supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze. Personale top . Colazione super.
