El hotel nos dejó una muy buena impresión. Tiene una ubicación excelente: está un poco alejado del centro turístico, por lo que la zona es más tranquila y con menos ruido. Al mismo tiempo, llegar a los lugares principales es muy fácil: unos 3 minutos en vaporetto o aproximadamente 10 minutos caminando.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, todo cuidado y cómodo. El desayuno fue muy bueno, con suficiente variedad, y a los niños también les gustó.

Quisiera destacar especialmente al personal: muy atento y amable. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar, a aconsejar cómo llegar mejor a algún lugar o a responder cualquier pregunta.

En general, quedamos muy satisfechos. Si volvemos a Venecia, sin duda nos alojaremos aquí otra vez. Es una excelente relación calidad-precio.

La ubicación en el barrio de Castello muy tranquila. El hotel muy bonito y auténtico. El personal amable. Las instalaciones y las habitaciones muy limpias, y las camas muy cómodas.
El desayuno nos ha impresionado gratamente, muy completo con opiciones saladas y dulces, y las señoras que atienden muy amables. Mi hijo es celíaco y tenian opciones sin gluten. En general, nos ha encantado y hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia en el hotel, toda mi familia lo recomendamos. Gracias a todo el personal, si volvemos a Venecia, ya sabemos donde alojarnos.
