Pros:

Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Hotel und der Wellnessbereich waren einfach traumhaft. Alles war auf höchstem Niveau – sauber, stilvoll und sehr entspannend.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.

Auch das Essen war hervorragend – frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Der Service und die Bedienung waren ebenfalls top.

Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und komme definitiv wieder!“

Tolles Hotel - Frühstück top - für den Abend gibt es bessere Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel.
Pros:

Ein großartiges Hotel, tolle, warme und persönliche Athmosphäre, eine fantastische Spa, tolle Anwendungen, das Personal ausnahmslos zuvorkommend und Gast-orientiert.

Cons:

Dem Restaurant, d.h. der Speisekarte und der Vielfalt würde eine Auffrischung guttun. Essen kann deutlich spannender sein.

Grote klasse in een informele en familiaire setting!
Pros:

In Hotel Franks klopt alles. Tot in het kleinste detail. De service is overal even persoonlijk en vooral ongelofelijk gastvrij. We arriveerden rond 10:00, veel eerder dan we hadden gepland en hadden aangegeven en dus ook veel eerder voordat er ruimte voor ons was in het hotel. Desondanks werd ons gevraagd of we trek hadden in een ontbijt en konden we plaatsnemen in het restaurant.
Hotel Franks is een absoluut familiebedrijf waar de eigenaren een actieve maar in zekere zin ook bescheiden rol spelen. Achteraf realiseren we ons dat big-boss Robert Frank de man was die vrijwel bij elk ontbijt 'de organisatorische gaatjes dicht liep'. Zijn partner Cora Frank zagen we dagelijks terug in de buurt van de receptie of in de bediening bij het diner. Maar afgezien van hun 'naamplaatje' profileerden ze zich vooral als lid van het team.
Zoals gezegd, alles klopt. De ligging van het hotel, de zeer uitgebreide spa-mogelijkheden, de kwaliteit en faciliteiten van de hotelkamers. Aan alles lijkt aandacht te zijn besteedt. Zelfs aan een (voor niet-pingpongers weinig relevant ;-)) detail als de tafeltennisbatjes en tafeltennisballen was aandacht besteedt.
Dit was ons eerste bezoek aan Oberstdorf. Maar niet ons laatste. En waar we in zijn algemeenheid nooit meer terug gaan naar een zelfde plaats of hotel, denken we voor hotel Franks een uitzondering te gaan maken. We verheugen ons nu al op ons bezoek voor 2027 ;-).

Cons:

(1) Het aantal èn de capaciteit van de elektrische laadpunten in de parkeergarage is voor verbetering vatbaar.
(2) Wij zijn gewend aan een 'koele slaapkamer'. Zelfs na het volledig dichtdraaien van alle radiatoren en het open laten van drie kiepramen bleef de kamer nog serieus warm. Dat zal voor de meeste gasten ongetwijfeld een aanbeveling zijn, wij hadden vooral associaties met het appartement van onze 99-jarige (schoon)moeder ;-).

Sehr zufrieden, alles tiptop!
Pros:

Das Essen war fantastisch. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren hervorragend. Es gab genügend Auswahl für alle Geschmäcker. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich, aufmerksam & hat gut auf allfällige Spezialwünsche reagiert. Auch das Personal am Empfang war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und grosszügig. Wellnessbereich hat viel Auswahl bezüglich Saunen/Dampfbädern und wir haben vorallem das Gipfelspa sehr genossen. Man hatte immer genügend Platz und es gab keinen Krieg um die Liegen. Auch die Hotelangebote wie Führungen oder Aktivitäten fanden wir toll.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)
